Anyone ?
How to deal with a bad day ?
Coffee and deep breaths.
If you're at home and it's in the evening take a hot shower/bath, have a couple cold beers, and play your favorite games.
Fighting always helps me. If you have no one to fight just punch a tree until you've skinned your knuckles to the bone & your too exhausted to continue, then take a nap.
Do your favourite activity that makes you happy/destresses you like: massaging your temples, walking outside for some fresh air, walking through a forest, listening to music, watching dog videos, petting your dog, petting a friend’s dog, having sex, watching other people have sex, writing poetry, writing prose, working out, cooking, comedy films etc
having sex, watching other people have sex
Your a naughty one! So uh, what kind of sex are we talking here? The rough stuff?
some of the answers are really helpful others are worthy enough to make me a laugh a lot :)
lets see what other says
Just let it happen. Accept that bad days are gonna happen no matter what and start doing what you can to make tomorrow a better one.
-remember the good things and people you have, list them in your head and focus on that feeling of gratitude
-help others, when we make someone else’s day better, it makes our day better
-be productive. Make your bed, clean your house... do something to improve your perceptions of your environment
-pray
-confide in a trusted friend
-keep your distance from negativity
Cold beer
Cheers ?
Give yourself a few minutes to assess what happened, especially if it's something you feel you can work on. After that, accept that it's in the past, and just let it be.
Cut yourself
I cut myself with a knife.
@spareheadone: I see what you did there
Porn
I highly recommended patting a doggo. Always cheers me up.
Also try not to view feeling bad about a bad day as a bad thing. Acknowledge how you feel and then do whatever usually makes you feel good or relaxed or distracted. Afterwards there will be time for reflection without the lense of emotional negativity.
Hmm... A few different things.
The non-edgy answer is that I like to talk to @andromeda101. Especially at night, right before bed. Helps me feel a lot more relaxed and able to sleep.
