So it's going to take more than 15 guys to beat a gorilla without weapons, bare minimum. How does grappling work with that many guys? It doesn't. What's krav maga going to do? Yeah, it's great to kill another person of near equal strength, but against something that's potentially 15 times stronger? You physically probably cant get enough men around the Gorilla to take him down short of dog piling on him.

Best chance is to make a circle around the gorilla and then charge at him so that the dude who is behind his back has a chance to get a choke hold on as the gorilla is confused by the simultaneous attack. Obviously the other dudes won't actually go for a hit, they will simply fake an attack to give the back guy an opening. Once the dude gets on the gorilla's back then the rest of them would have to move in quickly before the gorilla murders the dude on his back. Possibly go for the gorilla's feet and imobolize him somehow. However, the chances of this being successful is less than the chances the Avengers on Titan had of beating Thanos.
The gorilla have three times the bite force of a leopard. So the Gorilla the gorilla is armed and the men are not. A few of them get bitten and killed and the rest run off.

I think about 3 men could do it, but it would need to involve getting the gorilla confused and disoriented and worn out; you're not going to just go in and try to fight it like you would another person, you'd have to play a long game of keep away with the occasional jab/tag; but, with weapons, easily 3 men.
