I will never smoke, drink alcohol, eat beef, lamb, elk, goat or horse. In college, I will use Guava slices, corn kernel cans (with butter and sea salt), and hot dogs for struggle food. Sea salt can speed up skin particle renewal, Guava can improve vision, and reduce the risk of prostate and lung cancer. Instead of cookies, I will use cinnamon bites from the Quaker Oats. Cinnamon can boost memory in scent and lower cholesterol. I’m also having garlic bread after test days. Garlic can help acne, hypertension, and digestion. For drinks, I’m having Water, chai with turmeric, and Dr. Pepper twice a month. I also plan on going to Red Lobster once a week, because shrimp can reduce the risk of lung and prostate cancer and also has lots of protein. Maybe I'll use acupuncture, cannabis or opium poppy for medical reasons. I plan on using cannabis once a week from age 21 to 25. Once I reach my 30's, I will reduce sugar and fat consumption. When in extremly stressed,situations, maybe Ayahausca. Smoked by Peruvian native Americans, but it also reduces stress. Moderation to support health.

Health benefits of cannabis-

Can reduce seizures

Treat glaucoma

Reduce stress

Can reduce the pain of multiple sclerosis and arthritis

Increases creativity

Moderation BARELY improves lung health.

Well, obviously anything that leads to improved health is going to be a great decision, and more power to you for that.

You could totally still get hit by a bus though.

I mean, it's impossible to death-proof your life entirely. So who knows?

What he said. However I'd suggest taking CBD oil or some other swallowable form of Cannabis. Taking any kind of smoke into your lungs is simply not good for them. It's not tobacco of course, but still very unhealthy.

Sorry bro, but that's not even remotely possible to determine from across the screen. I, your average internet user, couldn't even remotely give an estimate. Only a doctor could, and even then, your doctor's word would be more guess work than anything else.

I doesn't matter I've known people who've been running their asses into the ground for 70 years & they just seem like they'll live for freakin' ever.

& then those who try to take care of them selves die of colon cancer in their late 20's. There's no point in trying to prolong your life, just live it.

My advice , don't get obsessed over diet.

Just eat more healthy foods and have a proper workout.

That would be more than enough.
