HG Wells or Jules Verne?

Jules for me.

Prefer Jules Verne.

Jules Verne & IMO he is superior in every way to Wells.

Whichever one wrote the Harry Potter books.

20,000 Leagues Under the Sea is my favourite story from either author, so Vernes takes it for me.

Incidentally, I am currently reading The Island of Doctor Moreau.

Both are great. But Jules Verne for me. I read (I think) all his published novels, with some (almost) first editions (books printed in the early 1900s).

To see that my kids started to read him (in English...) make me particularly happy.

I don't have this kind of "relationship" with H.G.

HG Wells is really underestimated here.People probably only read invisible man or something

Verne for life.

I think they are more familiar with "War of the Worlds" and "The Time Machine"

I'm a much bigger fan of Verne, but I like them both pretty well.
