Really? If you have to go to a place (7/11 for example) the board would be more useful, whereas the comic book is a one time a month read (at least for me).

I can find good deals on comics, as long as it isn't paper back.

In the end of the day, that's likely what you're going to do. I doubt you're say "well, more people voted that I should buy a skateboard, so... I guess that's what I'll go for!" You'll probably follow whatever your heart tells you.

I'd go for the comics. Skateboards are alright I guess, but they're not very useful.

I wouldn't have been surprised if this was an actual life or death situation thread on the Off Topic board, people actually made threads about their personal problems a while back for some reason.

But tbh I don't really have much of either. I'd rather spend my money on new headphones (XD) or a console.

If it was me, I'd get the comics. They'll be the source of a lot of pleasure for a long time to come (potentially), and less chance of injury (it CAN come back on you, trust me on this, on the other hand cool memories CAN be worth the pain sometimes...depends on what you think it's worth).

Also, comics can occasionally appreciate in value (maybe), old boards almost never do.

If you're gonna play the game boy, you gotta learn to play it right. You gotta know when to hold 'em, know when to fold 'em, know when to walk away and know when to run. You never count your money when you're sitting at the table, they'll be time enough for countin' when the dealin's done.
