In 2013 over 12,000 people in America died from gun violence. In contrast every year in America there are approximately 1.2 million abortions, 1.2 million lives ended, 1.2 million babies slaughtered. This is NOT my way of justifying gun violence, it's a horribly wrong issue that has to be addressed. But so is abortion. Also less than 1% of abortions are due to rape/incest, so that's not a good reason to let abortions happen. My goal for this is not to start arguments, just to bring to your attention all the lives being ended.

@epictayman: lol I'm going to try really hard not to. But when you feel really strongly about something whether it's something as trivial as Spider-Man beating Batman, or as important as human lives being ended, it's hard not to try to make people see your point.

Hospice kills sick people, too. My mother in law was screaming in terror when they showed up... and she was dead within days.
Nursing homes euthanize people who can no longer pay and have nowhere else to go.
They sell cigarettes.
A million Iraqis died in the recent "war". A large percent of the Iraqis were babies and old ladies.
Point being: this world is nothing close to moralistic. The outrage you feel about an abortion or a million will overwhelm you if you apply that same moral standard to everything. They LITERALLY kill natives in South America to graze cattle for the Happy Meal.
I cannot advocate for abortion nor can I advocate for citizens walking around with handguns. I have recommended that a young irresponsible woman consider abortion at about 3 weeks and I have carried a handgun around for a couple of weeks as a high school student because someone sent me a death threat.

See, this is a worthy cause and something we can all agree on, not to mention something we can realistically expect to solve. I actually hadn't heard of your charity but I'm supporting it 100%.
They all doubt me but one day when they need the cure the most I'll say no....
