Jet Li's Wong Fei-Hung...
...plus...
Iron Fist power.
2 --- Doesn't fit Loki's style, comes from a completely different pantheon, doesn't give that big of a boost (relatively speaking), and Loki's not really someone who would ever be chosen by Shazam. At the very least, you could have picked Kid Loki for a tiny bit of thematic carry over.

Or maybe Loki just steals the powers. Then in addition to his magic and hacks, he has superman-level strength and speed to contend with... It's a great power-up you just complicate things for yourself, smh.

I mean, the boost in strength and speed isn't really thaaat much, considering Loki is already pretty strong and fast. If he really wanted higher physical stats, he has plenty of ways to get it. I think he'd rather set his sights on something much bigger.
7 - good synergy
nightwing + vampirism
why? he's boring and his skillset is too much like batman... turning him into a vampire would make him a more interesting character, add a layer of complexity and differentiate his skillset a bit, also change his personality and make him less of a mary sue
2... Edgy, emo, vampire boy, sounds like more Jason Todd or Damien Wayne's thing. Not Grayson.

@zetsu-san: hey since when vampire = edgelord? lol that's not where i was going with it at all! but even if... at least it would give him A personality, cause as far as i can tell all he's really got is the stereotypical "good hero" personality trait and that's just super bland and boring! it would be interesting to see him in a different light, at least, and also give the writers something to work with
@jonjizz: Him becoming a vampire isn't going to make his personality cooler it will just make him not Nightwing. Nightwing's moral code is similar to Batman because he was raised by him, but he has a totally different personality than other Batfamily members.

@jonjizz: It's not about whether he can handle it or not, it's about whether he would want to. Vampires typically need to drink blood, their first instinct is human blood. Nightwing isn't the type of person to take that kind of risk for a minor speed and strength buff. If he cared so much about amping his physical abilities he could've done so through other means. It's not apart of his character. It's also pretty edgy for a cheerful and relaxed guy like Nightwing.

Brah... Do you even see the image you chose?
@_logos_: that's not it, who cares if he wants it or not? it should happen to him against his will, maybe he dies and gets resurrected as a vampire whether he likes it or not! THAT's what would make it interesting, cause he finds himself in this situation
also, this vampire=edgy association is completely unnecessary, not what i was going with at all... i guess most fans of nightwing are really opposed to any sort of changes to the character, but i never really liked him so i'm more open to it
@jonjizz: Again... Do you even see the fanart you chose? lol
yes? it's just an image mate, it was the only one i found of nightwing as a vampire, but it doesn't mean he's going to start behaving like that! lol why would he?
6, I just don't think it suits him very well.
Pretty sure he straight up made a similar suit once, out of an Imperiex Drone.

A microscopic lantern, particularly an evil one, is an awesome idea.
Not sure if you already knew, but there already is one, that's why I thought it'd be interesting to give one to Thrax. xD

@zetsu-san: Marital status: single
OH BOY!

OH BOY!
Wat?
Edit: Oh, you mean Despotolis. lol
@zetsu-san: The wiki says that yellow lantern virus is single. I thought it was funny to mention that.
Hal Jordan w/ Quantum Field! I personally likes Hal character/design but not powers, and dislike Captain Atom character/design and likes his powers.

Conjuring spheres of magical darkness, in a similar fassion to drows from Forgotten Realms universe:
Drow had the ability to naturally cast darkness, creating an area that was impervious to normal sight and infravision. Unlike the normal spell, the drow's innate darkness could also create a globe that could be moved around and grew in radius with the strength of the caster.

Not so much a powerup, but more of a useful trick. And quite fitting since in-character Gerlat relies mainly on his swordsmanship, using magic as a supplement.
8, pretty sick.
Since he already has Time Manipulation with Sands of Time, why not go a step further and give him Age Manipulation? He could use that age/deage enemies or objects in a similar fasion to Kratos with Amulet of Uroborus in God of War: Ascension:
@sawed_off_it: 3/10. I actually think Sylar's ability to "understand" things and copy powers that way would fit the Thing more.

Doctor Phosphorus + The Green Door
I know I kind of did a similar combo already, but I think Doctor Phosphorus fits the aesthetic better than Atomic Skull.
@zetsu-san: Well I had assumed that Thing would understand the powers he copies, since he understands most other things he does.
Why a 3?? Was it that bad? Lol

Which is why I think Sylar's method of power copying fits a lot better thematically.
Arthur's style of power absorption clashes with the horror aspect IMO. Makes it too comic-booky.
@zetsu-san: it time clutter your thread. That was actually why I picked him. I didn’t know anything about him, so when I saw a guy that used power absorption on screen, I found it cool. I haven’t watched Heroes in a long while and even that was only for a few episodes.
