Nope, nope, nope, nope, nope, nope, nope, nope, nope, nope, nope, nope, nope, nope, nope, nope, nope, nope, nope, nope, nope, nope.
Ain't going to do this tangle again, especially with someone who probably doesn't know much about rap.

I don't believe I've listened to anyone worse than Chief Keef. Lil B makes his songs horrible on purpose, so I can't count him.
Kendrick Lamar
There are way better artist out there.
Chester Watson and Gabe Nandez are lyrically on another level but lack a diverse catalog like the two you mentioned.

These were off just the top of my head. I don't really listen to much of today's rap so my knowledge on it is pretty low :/
Actually most people wouldn't know who Chester or Gabe are. They are deep underground artist.
@kaijukinggojira: Its long been established that Lil B's "cooking" songs are part of his persona and he can be far more technical when he wants to be.
Chief Keef is legit garbage though.
rich homie quan
I thought all Rich Homie Quan did was sing hooks. Or at least that's what he should be doing?
@kgb725: I agree that that there is more too it, but doesn't the importance of each thing vary from person to person? I know people who only like lyrical and conscious hip-hop, and some that don't care about lyrics of what is being said as long as they like the beat/instrumental. I generally like all of it, but I cant sit through a whole lil b tape lol (I tried listening to all of Blue Flame and Evil Red Flame a few years ago) and just couldn't do it, he sounds like he's tone deaf or something.

He tries to rap at times just like his "brother" Young Thug. I don't really want to hear him on a hook either, there are waaay better people who deserve to be on hooks that never get the call like J. Holiday and Sisqo
@wolverine08: You mean hit them over the head with his blueberry ;)
@dboyrules2011: @wolverine08: lil Wayne is tone def, and-can't-rymn. I never heard a good song, no not even one time. His voice alone can make anyone cringe, sounds like a muffled, metal-door-hinge. I don't see what anyone likes in Wayne, but as far as I am concerned, Lil Wayne is LAME!

Yeah, I didn't know these dudes until you mentioned them.
Mind giving me some of their songs? I could use some expansion on underground artists. :)
Good example of both but Gabe's verse is one of the illest rhymes of all time.
Silkk the Shocker. That dude can't flow for shit.
I use to lol on his verses all the time.

@cable_extreme: you can dislike lil Wayne all you want but you can't say he is the worst, listen to the Carter 2 and 4 then listen to rebirth and sorry for the wait. He is awesome but not for everyone
