Respect Galacta, Daughter of Galactus!
Galacta, A.K.A Gali is the non-canon daughter of Galactus. She only has one story which was going to be canon but was quickly written off as non-canon because the comic was awful and everyone hated it. But im not in the business of getting you to enjoy her stories, im in the business of getting you to respect her power. So lets begin.
Powers and Abilities:
Galacta is a wielder of the Power Cosmic and gains all of her powers through it. She is directly stated as not being as powerful as her father but it seems like she is more powerful than his heralds. Galacta needs to feed just like Galactus does but she doesn't fulfill her urges to consume worlds, instead she eats invasive alien species that find their way to earth, and so she keeps herself at a constant low-level of being fed.
Theoretically she can do almost anything she wants given that she is a high level reality warper, but the following are her demonstrated/implied abilities.

Technology
Galacta has extremely advanced technology at her disposal to help her achieve things without calling much upon the Power Cosmic.
Galacta demonstrates some of the uses of her technology.
- It detects something as small as a bacteria
- Tells her the origin of the skrull bacteria and its shapeshifting abilities
- Tells her how many calories a bacteria is worth
- Converts all the bacteria to energy with enough precision that it doesn't harm the human
1)She uses her gear on herself and refers to it as the most advanced detection gear in existence.
2) Her gear detects a cosmic tapeworm in her body that is feeding on her Power Cosmic, and she sends Galactus a message using a Quantum Entanglement Commline
Galacta summons her "utensils" and turns the alien lifeforms Wolverine was fighting into energy for her to consume.
This feat proves the speed of her gear as this happened in less than a second. She spent several pages leading up to this mussing about ways she could abuse Wolverines powers before consuming the life forms. During the scan Im displaying she states that this whole sequence of events took place in 1.75 seconds, that includes the several pages leading up to her devouring the life forms.
Galacta demonstrates the power of her "utensils" by converting a million-ton mass of Kronan's into pure energy to be devoured.
So that is the segment on her gear. It is mainly used to help her feed, and since she is implied all the time as being able to devour planets just like her father it would make sense that her "utensils" can work at a much higher level than we ever saw them demonstrated.
Cosmic Awareness
Galacta has the ability of Cosmic Awareness which grants her neigh-omniscience but it does require her to call upon the Power Cosmic to use.
Galacta refers to herself in a tweet as a godlike, neigh-omnipotent, cosmic being
Galacta cannot stop herself from perceiving the caloric count of everything she sees and can ever perceive the caloric count of the entire Earth.
Galacta uses her Cosmic Awareness and admits that she is less omniscient than Galactus. She has to filter the useful information out of the near-infinite information which takes her "endless milliseconds"
Galacta refers to herself as a semi-godlike, neigh-omniscient, cosmic entity.
1) Galacta uses her Cosmic Awareness to detect that Wolverines healing factor comes from the X-Gene, and she knows that the Celestials wrote the geneware
2) She musses about infusing Ego the Living Planet with Wolverine's healing factor to have an endless supply of food, but after a millisecond her Cosmic Awareness reveals that it wouldn't work and the X-Gene would unravel if she attempted it.
Galacta can detect a flea from orbit.
Galacta senses an alien anomaly in the South Pacific while presumably in America
After absorbing a million-ton mass of cloned Kronan's Galacta perceives an event in the original Kronan's life where he nearly died to Thor. She then perceives facts about Fenir the Wolf and the Midguard Serpent as well as Thor's hammer.
This next feat is easily her most impressive display of Cosmic Awareness. After a short conversation with the Fantastic Four she aligns her Cosmic Awareness with their worldlines. Since both Mr. Fantastic and Human Torch have held the Ultimate Nullifier before she can trace their connection back to it. She detects the Ultimate Nullifier several galaxies away- light gigayears- and travels to it. She even detects it even though it is cloaked by reality-pattern camouflage
Galacta can perceive all the reality scars left behind by the Marvel universe being rebooted so many times.
Galacta can perceive reality deformation and baby universes.
Basically through Cosmic Awareness Galacta is neigh-omniscient and hyper aware. Not much more to say about this.
Endurance/Speed/Teleportation
Galacta experiences time at a much slower rate than us. When she is experiencing time normally, the rest of the world seems to be frozen still and it takes a concentrated effort to experience time at our normal rate. She is easily faster than light in her perception and movement.
Firstly endurance. Galacta can swim through the Earths core without a problem.
Now on to speed. On twitter Galacta reveals that to her 3 millionths of a second is "forever"
1) It takes Galacta "endless milliseconds" to sort out the useful information from the near infinite irrelevant information. This suggests that she perceives milliseconds as long periods of time.
2) In her perception Wolverine in the middle of combat is freeze-framed and a statue frozen in time
3-4) Galacta muses about giving Ego the Living planet Wolverines healing factor but after a millisecond her Cosmic Awareness reveals that it wouldn't work.
5) Galacta consumes the energy of the creatures Wolverine was fighting, and stated that all of the following events took place in 1.75 seconds. She then flies off before Wolverine is even aware that she was there.
Galacta travels from far out in space back to Earth in 3 seconds.
1) Galacta holds a conversation with the Fantastic Four at their speed which she refers to as molasses speed, but as soon as her power locks on to what she needed she speeds up her perception to her standard rate while Mr. Fantastic is in the middle of saying the word "be"
2) Galacta locks onto Mr. Fantastic and Human Torch's worldlines and traces their connection back to the Ultimate Nullifier far out in the universe.
3) Galacta starts hopping from galaxy to galaxy like a frog, and Mr. Fantastic finishes saying the word "be"
In fact going to human levels of existence is difficult for her. Its like porting your brain into an Atari Asteroids cartridge. Also she revels that for her time doesn't flow in just one direction.
Galacta recognizes that in trillions upon trillions of years this universe will be difficult for her and Galactus to survive in so she plans on moving to a young universe at that point. This implies that she is capable of moving between universe.
Its pretty clear that Galacta is massively FTL. Not only that but she can teleport between galaxies and potentially universes. Dang.
Cloaking/Shape-shifting/Event Horizon Manipulation
So im bunching these all up into one because they are all used to do similar things. Galacta can hide herself from the perception of humans, change her appearance to what ever she wants it to be, and can even hide herself from the perception of the Watchers.
Galacta floats over a hospital bed with humans walking around behind her without being detected.
The edges of both Galactus and Galacta's helmets are fractal down to below the subatomic level. Also she doesn't actually wear purple, we simply cannot perceive her true colors.
Galacta can reshape herself via the Power Cosmic and can take on multiple alien forms, but is always skinny and attractive member of that species.
Here is Galacta posing as a normal human.
Both Galactus and Galacta are capable of the ultimate form of cloaking which is forming an event horizon around themselves. Even the Watchers are unable to see them when they cloak themselves this way
Basically if Galacta doesn't want to be seen she has the means to pull it off. Standard invisibility, shapeshifting to fit in with the population, or hiding herself from cosmic entities via event horizon cloaking.
Reality Warping/Emotional Manipulation/Telekinesis, ect...
This section will just a collection of the rest of her displayed abilities with the Power Cosmic. Obviously just the ones named in the title of the section are not the only ones she has.
Galacta redirects an asteroid that was on a collision course for Earth before anyone on Earth ever detected it.
Galacta reveals in tweets that the asteroid was over a kilometer in diameter.
Galacta deflects a reality distorting ray from a Kardashev level 3 civilization. A Kardashev level 3 civilization is one that is harnessing the energy from an entire galaxy.
Galacta prevents a villain from forming strange-matter in his mothers basement, then stops an alternative reality show from reshaping the entire earth.
Galacta dissipates a tsunami that she accidentally created.
Galacta and Galactus are both capable of manipulating emotion. If Galacta ever were to devour the Earth she would use the Power Cosmic to make everyone happy to be devoured by her.
Galacta saves Earth from a world killing gamma burst emitted from a two neutron star merging into a blackhole.
Both Galacta and Galactus can recreate the bioforms that they have previously consumed, although she states that reconsuming the bioform would net a negative loss of energy.
The Power Cosmic is beyond mortal perception. They only see black circles when the Power Cosmic is being wielded.
As a wielder of the Power Cosmic Galacta can pretty much do what ever she wants when ever she wants with very few restrictions. Of course the demonstrated abilities she has will not be the limit of her abilities as Power Cosmic wielder's can do so much stuff. All in all she's a cosmic power house.
