The truck from Big Rigs is the fastest in travel speed.

Speed in terms of narrative context? Flash (since he is canonically impossibly fast in the first place)

Speed in terms of mechanical/in-world approximations: any characters capable of time stopping power (eg: high level mages in Baldur's Gate 2).

Orochi class from For Honor. Their attacks had like half the frames of every other class. Including the other assassins. Orochi>Vine Force Flash in speed

@banthabot: Orochi is laughably slow compared to Shaman. Stupid jungle lady crosses the entire map in one omnidirectional attack....

Zell from FF8 ran around the planet in about 2 seconds. It’s not his combat speed, or even his typical speed, but for this one ability, it’s got to be pretty high up there for a playable video game character in travel speed.

In terms of combat speed Dante and maybe Alex Mercer.

I don't think speed feats from cut scenes should count. Gameplaywise tho, these are the fastest i know.
