@just_sayin: Well, I can always learn to care more. If you would like to help, I can recommend this group for young mothers in the Raleigh, NC area that I have given to over the years.

If you really care so much you can do so much more, why don't you actually fully sponsor one of these kids, or better yet why don't you adopt one of them and show them that you really want them to live, why don't you really put your money where your mouth is.

I thought I had told you before. For a few years I was the President/board member/volunteer of a transitional home for African American Women coming out of prison in Raleigh. I raised a lot of black kids. Are you sure I didn't mention that before?

@just_sayin:

How am I being hypocritical by expecting someone to respect the laws of the country and come into it legally?

You are being hypocritical by supporting a party that benefits from hiring people who come here "illegally" , and said nothing of similar scenarios that I have already brought up. You said nothing about Ellis Island when people came here illegally seeking amnesty, we welcomed them with open arms, now we are in the same scenario and you want to shut the door on them. Tramp always talks about chain migration but doesn't mention his mother and father in law that are chain migrants of the first lady.

My PARTY "benefits" from people coming here unlawfully?! Then why is your PARTY willing to look the other way as 10,000 underage girls become caught up in sex trafficking because of illegal immigration? Maybe, just maybe, the party of the slave owners is benefiting a little bit more.

Your Ellis Island analogy really misses the point. If you came through Ellis Island, and they did not send you back, you came through whatever government process was in place at the time. You came here legally. The same can not be said, if you entered the country unlawfully today because you did not go through the appropriate government process. Hence, the term illegal immigrant. Which is really contradictory. To be an "immigrant" means you came legally into a country. If you didn't come legally, you are not an immigrant, but an "invader" or "intruder".

I don't believe you mentioned this before (how convenient...lol), but it doesn't change the fact that many staunch conservatives actually believe in situational abortions. They rail against abortions when it comes to other people, but secretly have abortions of their own with mistresses, even Tramp was prochoice just a few years before deciding to run for office. If you really want to take someone else's problems on your own shoulders why stop with abortion? Why deny children a chance for amnesty that are fleeing terror, why deport Dreamers who will b

^No it doesn't miss the point they were offered amnesty by a program just like dreamers, dreamers aren't even illegal they are covered by whatever program existed at the time such as DACA.

Maybe we are using different definitions. My understanding of "amnesty" is that it is a pardon for some crime or offense. You seem to be using it to mean "entry into the country." The immigrants at Ellis Island were not offered "amnesty" but were either permitted into the country or sent back to their home country.

Yeah I agree I think this is where the misunderstanding is taking place here, in this case I am talking about people that are fleeing violence in their home country, fleeing for their lives, we did it during world war II when the axis powers invaded Poland and were killing people in Germany, even during the first world war we allowed refugees into the country that's what I mean, and I was referring specifically to the caravans and the Syrian refugee crisis, and those fleeing the violence in central America.

Im not defending 45 cuz I like him, Im defending 45 cuz I believe he is being pressed harder than he should and I see the masses want the end result no matter what happens in between - which is very shady even for a shady person.

But most of what you posted is irrelevant to the Trump investigation, and doesnt shed light on why Trump is being "pressed harder than he should". So I'm still not sure why this is all unfair or how the FBI is misusing their power. In fact, even Republicans in Congress are supporting the FBI. It's only Trump and his hard-core supporters who are casting aspersions on the FBI... but these are the same people who call everything "fake news", and everyone pretty much knows that Trump is a pathological liar. So Trump calling this investigation a witch hunt is meaningless.

And I'm sure you know as well as I do that the reason why Trump is doing all this is because he's trying to de-legitimize the FBI and the investigation, so that when they come out with their findings that he knows wont be good for him, he can then rile up his hard-core nuts to support him. This is the same thing he did during the campaign, calling it illegitimate and rigged, because he believed he was going to lose and wanted to be able to make excuses afterwards... and have enough b.s. to keep his new network going for years.

He doesn't have to try and de-legitimize the FBI. He should tweet it better much like the WH says it that there is no problem with the FBI, the problem is with its leaders. I work for the government which is constantly being beaten on the news yet most clients don't have problems with the face to face workers. They have a problem with the bureaucracy from the administration. There can be a duality.

McCabe got busted. Strzok is going to get busted. Comey formed pretty much an "inner circle" of the top of the FBI cuz they didn't like Trump. They don't have to like Trump. He is their boss though and this is where I see it with Comey - I believe he is probably an elitist. He is a lawyer who went to school, speaks well, got paid 170 thousand a year as Director of the FBI which is a big position and the man that his family despised was his boss.

Im on record on this site that I don't think Trump should have fired Comey. I said Trump had the ability to fire Comey and thus it wasn't a big deal. Post ABC interview, and hindsight is 20/20, I think now he deserved and should have been fired now. In the interview it revealed three things which in totality swing my view on Comey and the heads of the FBI:

  1. he only came out with the HRC info cuz he thought HRC was going to run away with the election. McCabe and Strzok thought that too per text.
  2. Comey's wife and 4 daughters were revealed to be big HRC backers and his wife even stated that she had many friends work for HRC.
  3. he withheld info from the President his boss - he stated that there was a dossier about the prostitutes but left out that it was from the DNC, and that he stated he didn't think debunking the dossier was fruitful. ie, He hated Trump. His family hated Trump. If he would have investigated the dossier could he have found out that the man he despised didn't do it? If he told Trump that the dossier was from the DNC then he knew Trump would make him investigate it. If Comey would investigated it then not only did he come out with the HRC news to cover his own butt, but any further investigation into the DNC dossier connection would tie Comey even deeper with Trump to his family and all his friends per interview.

Comey thinks Trump is scum. That is fine. Comey cannot pick and choose what information he thinks is vital cuz that makes it look political. If he didn't want to investigate DNC and look bad on his family, he should have stepped down. Comey does not dictate the morality of our nation. I believe law enforcement should not show bias in anything and as such I think the leaders of the FBI bring back the FBI to the Hoover days which was a dark age in its birth

I honestly say I have more respect for Colin Kaepernick for having conviction to do something he thought was right during his job rather than Comey who tried to ride the fence the whole entire way choosing what he wanted to do

@just_sayin: two big news rumors that I don't know if you saw

Eric Holder talking more about 2020 run. - which would mean both candidates would have both pointed their middle finger at Congress

Nikki Haley and Mike Pence rumors of primary of Trump. Its unlikely, so Im thinking its more a GOP backup incase Trump is ousted. Pence did talk to Iowa and news flew about him running in 2020. If you know, Pence was not a Trump pick. Pence and Haley were both Cruz people. Trump took Pence as a concession from the GOP. He took Bannon and Conway when Mercer's money shifted to Trump.

What the hell are teachers in California smoking.

hey guys, I was thinking of doing a thread like a Last Week Tonight/ Daily Show type thread where its open to bringing up social-political and economic news and how it relates in discussion so it doesn't lead the Trump thread off the intended purpose. For example the Fresno State teacher that exploded on Barbara Bush after her death. Thoughts of me starting such a thread?

@black3stpanth3r:

Hey buddy, will you be attending the "Condemn Trump" rally this Saturday in the park north of the white house? Your man, Louis Farrakhan, is suppose to be there talking about how Trump is enslaving the black man (ironic since Farrakhan supports enslaving Africans in the Muslim slave trade). I'm thinking about going. Here are some more sign ideas I had:

  • The Democrat Party Owes Reparations
  • Black Education Matters - Support School Choice
  • Black Fathers Matter - Presents are not a substitute for Presence
  • Black Babies Matter - Let them Live
  • Thank You Trump for giving me my first pay raise in 8 years
  • Thank You Trump for Raising Black Incomes
  • If Black Lives Matter Then So Do Black Republicans
  • I Was Excited For the Minimum Wage Hike Until I Lost My Job
  • If the 1% are Republicans, I want to be a Republican
  • Socialism Has Failed Everywhere It Has Been Tried - Go Try It Somewhere Else
  • Socialism: Making the Rich Poor and the Poor Poorer
  • Socialized Medicine: Efficiency of the DMV with the Compassion of the IRS

So, which do you think I should go with?

Can an entire party be charged with obstruction of justice, it sure seems like the Republicans in congress are working hard to undermine this special counsel investigation.

How are the antics of McConnell, Ryan, Nunes, Gaetz, et al not a conspiracy to obstruct justice? They are consistently hounding the justice department for documents in an ongoing investigation.

Basically corrupt republicans particularly in the House are trying to force DOJ to disclose the evidence Mueller has in Trump to assist Trump in his defense.

It is no different than if republicans were trying to force the police department to disclose the evidence they have in a bank robber so the robber could construct an alibi

House republicans support treason to keep their party in office , it is just that simple

"House Judiciary Committee chairman Bob Goodlatte is planning to issue a subpoena for release of the memos that former FBI director James B. Comey has made of his private conversations with Trump, which have been turned over to Mueller."

House isn't even investigating Trump/Russia connections anymore.

Are these memos to be used as paperweights, or are they to be delivered to the President in furtherance of his obstruction of justice?

That latter sounds vaguely criminal.

Congress is conducting a series of investigations in various issues which is their job. They have every right to the documents. How is it obstruction to do your job?

That's not good for Comey cause the Justice Department just made a criminal referral for McCabe.

You forget that Congress has the power to request information from any government agency they fund.

Those same Republicans said that they already conducted and finished their investigation, and besides they don't have the authority to interfere with an ongoing investigation regarding the special counsel.

@just_sayin: The story of the FBI during the election was FBI officials at all levels - Comey, McCabe, New York agents - seeking to further their own interests and break rules and norms at the expense of fairness to Hillary Clinton. That the Trump/Fox network has turned this into a story of bias against Trump is a sign of the crazy, upside-is-down- world America has become under Trump and his enablers in the GOP. It is incredibly crazy that FOX news - who ran the leaks given them by Guiliani, is now concerned about the source of those same leaks.

Look, let's just all call this what it is - a temper tantrum by that rank piece of crap crybaby in the Out House. He has attacked McCabe time after time after time after time.

This is Jeff Sessions kowtowing to Trash Dump in order to try to atone for his sin of recusing himself from the Russia investigation, after the Elf lied to Congress about Russia...

That recusal, combined with the idiocy of Javanka telling Daddy to fire Comey, Democrats would cheer!...is how we find ourselves here, and little Jeffie has been bowing and scraping before the Emperor With No Clothes ever since, so this is just part of dong duty for that rank piece of crap in the Out House.

Or are you seriously telling me that McCabe should be jailed because he, with authority, filled in gaps with the media as they were about to publish a story. The holes he filled in pertained to he and the FBI pushing ahead with its investigation of HRC.

It's as believable as when Trash Dump's Out House claimed Comey was fired because he was mean to HRC. Um, yeah - right.

Today is 4:20 Day. A day that brings people together. So whether you are an evil Republican 1 percenter who started your own company with nothing in your pockets and with hard work, obtained the American dream, while employing tens of thousands of employees, or a self-righteous social justice warrior kneeling as the national anthem plays and regretting that you got a master's in women's studies and now work as a waitress at Dennys - today, we come together as one. So 1 percenter, instead of burning that dollar bill, light up that spliff. Social Justice Warrior, instead of burning that American flag, light up a doobie. Come together today for the common good - and pass that fatty.

What's going on down at Moro-n-Lardo this weekend? Trump pleading with congress for another Benghazi investigation? Maybe resurrect Uranium One? Pizzagate? Vince Foster? Republican voters never seem to realize that the right wing Foxian conspiracies against the Clintons they are fed never result in a "Happy Ending". So they began using the tin-foil term "Deep State" to explain away the failures their handlers knew weren't manufactured to succeed, but merely to incite and rope in.

This Russian thing is real, goobs. You just better hope it's limited.

Getting those Comey memos released, without having a clue what was in them is as stupid as any party could get, but then they are being led by an idiot who used to be a cow farmer, so most of us are not surprised when they keep making total fools of themselves.

@boschepg: I didn't know you lived near the masters, that must be nice, wasn't sure what you were getting at with my last post though.

1) I hate golf. Its just a good outside income that is tax free when they rent my house.

2) What I was getting at is that the DNC actually had evidence of a crime which led to the head of the GOP, Nixon resigning cuz they had enough evidence to impeach. There is only speculation of wrong doing. If the glove don't fit, you must acquit. I mean, I know the DNC is low on funds, but trying to get it out of the GOP is kind of cheap, lol

The Trump administration is the most transparent administration ever, since every thing gets leaked or pushed through, lol

^I see what you mean now, perhaps I was taking some liberties with this, but to many they do see a case for obstruction of justice, I am actually one of them, but will let the case bare the facts.

^This is so funny but true, what I don't get is why he blasts people on twitter for leaking things when this is the case.

Listen to conman and pathological liar Trump pretending to be someone else, lying about his wealth, in order to try to get into the Forbes 400 list of wealthiest Americans...

@boschepg: Can't remember if I asked you this or not in the past, but do you think it would be obstruction of Justice if he fired Mueller or Rosenstein without probable cause?
