Does anyone know of a game like this?

I want to find a space battles simulator where players create their own ships for others to download and use in the game. Basically like Mugen but with spaceships.

I wanna know who remembers this 3D old yellow taxi computer game, if was awesome!

I don't know about the uploading for others to play with part, but for building, you might want to look at Space Engineers.
