Poll Do you want to get married or stay single for life? (37 votes)
Title says all. Me personally, I’m not sure but I’m also 20 so I still got time to decide.

Not sure, but I also need to find the right woman. I'm currently single, and not for a lack of trying.
@god_spawn: Good point, I didn’t consider that.
If you have a child with your girl/boy friend, you are married.
Even if you separate and marry another person, you are never fully unmarried to the other parent of your child.
With the attitude today of divorce as a viable option I think buying a house together is as good as a marriage contract. You can get out of both marriage and co ownership of a house.
Vow? What vow? My promises don't mean a thing! I didn't sign up for this shit!!!
@mcflicky: true, but this more so hypothetical.
@god_spawn: Yes. 15+ years for myself.

I understand your point but you'd be surprised by how untrue that is.

Exactly. Being forced to deal with an ex because of children ain't marriage.
If a person is a complete selfish asshole they can divorce the child also and have nothing to do with the child. Other than than you are joined for life
Living with a husband or wife you hate ain't marriage either. Point is you are joined for life.
Yes it is. An unhappy marriage is still a marriage. A bm ain't ya wife.
Joined for life is joined for life. Another word for joined is married.
You are JFL with your BM therefore you are never truly un married
Not going to argue about what is and is not marriage. Mentality and law both say different things.
However, I would like to get married at some point. A part of my happiness is still missing somewhere. I will find it someday. I hope.
Marry your best friend. The initial physical infatuation will fade with the years, the glue that keeps you together is the connection you've formed through loving friendship.
I'm blessed to have such a companion, she's amazing.
Happily married already.
Same.
I started saving up for an engagement ring when I was a kid.
I wanted to get married and have kids since I was little.

This is correct. So you understand there are times when joined for life isn't true and sometimes it's for the better because that person is an ass****.
@lord_tenebrous: Congrats man, I'm happy for you :)
Joined for life is joined for life. Another word for joined is married.
Yeah, no.
You are JFL with your BM therefore you are never truly un married
We were never married to begin with. She's just a bm.
@spareheadone: Hope not
It's just a difference in definition between us. I liked it better when I agreed with everything you wrote by paraphrasing you
@spareheadone: When did you paraphrase me 🤔
Definitely get married at some point.
@lord_tenebrous: Congrats man, I'm happy for you :)

Thank you very much.
I wanna get married someday... Maybe, possibly, probably, potentially, perhaps, feasibly, who knows?
