Story: A teenager trapped in a seemingly brain dead body due an undisclosed incident (along with his brother), Romulus' was taken in by doctors who proceeded to take the useless living bodies and use them as "cores" for a massive machine; one robot body for each separate brother, resulting in 2.
The bodies where split and divided, being fused into the center of massive machinated parts before reassembled.
Romulus is styled like a Roman Gladiator, only with reptilian dimensions. A set of electronically dis-chargeable wings form from transformers hidden in his shoulders allow him to take flight, as well as "swatting" enemies away.
His main abilities are:

-Titanic strength far beyond his dimensions
-retained intelligence/ tactical intelligence
- super body electronic shock wave
-missile deployment
-resistance to high altitudes and deep sea pressure, enabling him to swim to the Marianas Trench and fly to the Exosphere.

Her crystal is where her real power comes from; the crystal is actually an extraterrestrial one-man prison holding an innocent with incredible telepathic abilities. The alien inside, wishing to do the good he was not able to do back on his home planet, essentially gives up his being so that she can have his power. Doing so, Serenity has been enabled a vast array of abilities.
Through her telepathy: She can read minds spanning a distance almost half-way around the world (so long as she knows who she is contacting, she can pick up their thoughts with greater ease, though focusing on just one person that far away without pulling out more power means that she is incapable of focusing on multiple people) and put herself inside people's heads when necessary. She can also link minds together and create a thought-based line of communication (at her strongest she could get a city the size of Los Angeles talking to each other in their heads).

Through her telekinesis: Serenity is capable of lifting objects well above her physical capabilities (when she's really tapping into the crystal, she can lift up city blocks), teleport herself at great speed (she can be gone in the literal blinking of an eye) and in the span of two football fields (at max power she can take herself as far as half-way around the world). Typically, she uses her telekinesis to add reach to her moves, thus expanding her from a close-quarter fighter to an all-range fighter.
Her "Self-Empowerment": Her "Self-Empowerment" is just that, when she uses her powers to boost her natural abilities; she can run faster (about 75 mph), lift more (about the weight of a Hummer), see better (she can see up to 5x better than normal human eye-sight and perceives the world in a slower speed, making it easier to counter opponents and react to danger).
Her powers are only active when she has the crystal on hand and when she has it she is able to shield herself from excitement and other sensations/emotions that would otherwise get in the way; she is aptly named.
Enhanced Durability; Bullets and knives would leave a mark but nothing else. She can be killed, it would just be harder than a normal human.
Limited Telekinesis: She can lift any object that is loose and also draw it to her. But that is all. For the power to work she must be in one spot, not walking. It only works on one thing at a time.
Flight: She can fly but at only one speed, 12 mph. So she typically won't use it as a travel power. She flies with her body prone, like superman.
Speed Force Aura: She accelerates like a normal human while running but her acceleration is indefinite. While running her body is protected from speed hazard effects by a protective aura. She has normal reflexes and will suffer if she hits a tree.
Technopathy: She can control technology merely by speaking. One device at a time. Has a range of 100 yards.
Yeah the flight power would be sort of good in combat and getting on top of buildings. Not much else. Slow but effective for short distances. She also tends to use gadgets, as she prefers that to H2H.
Photosyntheis: Leaf eats and gets food from the rain, and more energy can do towards his attacks with photosynthesis.
Drainlife: He has the ability to drain the life force from someone, this would extract life from their heart, shut down their majority internal organs, shut down the bloodstream and then make their eyes pop out in explosion.
Body manipulation: He has the ability to form bacteria in someone's body and send it into their blood stream, this would make it so if Bacteria got into their stream and went to the heart-they are dead.
Leap: He has the ability to leap all the way up into the sky near the automosphere, and hit the ground without taking any damage.
Plant and life manipulation: Due to his enviorment, he can manipulate the plant life, the nature and the life itself in it. For example, if you were to face Leaf in a desert, you'd probably win due to him only being able to bend Cactus juice, cactus themselves and weak sand. However if you were to face him in a forest or a meadow, you'd be immediadtly pulled down by a root or a sharp vine, or eaten by a man-eating plant, or a bush would incerate you in it, and sharp vines would strangle you in the bush and the blood stain would never be removed.
Telekensis: He has the ability to lift trees and hurl it at people, or any other plant life. Rock, trees, cars, busses, anything that's not too heavy.
Deflection/aera manipulation: He can put his hands out and turn bullets into flowers, omega beams into roses, and knives into trees. He can pretty much make any offensive thing into something of nature, harmless.
Speed: He is know for speedblitizing his opponet with a man eating plant or a sharp root, he can move just as fast as Yoda, a little bit slower then superman but fast enough to react to his attacks, and he can go at FTL speeds.
Poison/acid: He can make poisonous cells grow in someone's body, spew poison or as out of his hands, if the poison hit his opponet it would basically break the skin and infect his blood flow, if acid hits his opponet their skin would melt. If he spewed out acid at their faces, they are gone.

Story: living on a farm it was a normal night clear weather. when an orange lightning bolt struck right outside the house. He goes to check on it finds a orange space ship. He touches it and gets electrocuted then then ship powers down and stops glowing. He passes out and wakes up in a lab being tested on. He is slightly glowing orange and there's a bunch of machines hooked on to him. He frys the machines then when the guards shoot him the bullets desintegrate and a electrical charged shoots back the way the bullets came KO the guards. He runs of into the street and fly's away. And this is all he remembers because at the lab they mind wiped him.

Throw Shockarangs (look like boomerangs but they don't come back) that transform into concussive shockwaves once they get within 6 inches of any surface. She can create and throw these at will. The concussive force at it's maximum power is like an RPG. But she tends to tone it down a bit when she doesn't want to kill.
She is immune to bullets because of a deflector forcefield that protects against things going at that speed. A batarang or a punch could get through.
She is strong /durable enough to lift ten tons.

He is highly resistant to blunt trauma, a steel pipe to the back of the head would cause more harm to the bat than it would to him. His body is also adapted to travelling at high speeds.

Flight: Well, more like hovering, really. He can fly at speeds at around 200mph at maximum, and not at a height higher than a thousand feet. His flying ability can be enhanced by his magic, however.

origin- Born in a world in which heroes are restricted to popular fiction, it was always his dream to bring superhero's to life. A great scientist, he made a genetically altered arachnid which comprised of the DNA of a wolf spider, camel spider, and fat tailed scorpion, before using plasmid technology and somatic gene therapy to implement the organisms genes into his own. This gave him a plethora of super-human abilities, which he honed through training and creating a highly advanced suit.
Known Powers and Abilities.
Generally super-human physical attributes and senses- King arachnid combines the speed of a camel spider, agility and jumping ability of wolf spider with the endurance, strength and venom secreting capabilities of a Fat tailed scorpion, while drawing from the sensory abilities of all three.
Superhuman Strength- King Arachnid muscles and bones have become super-humanly strong and efficient. His strength level is undefined but he has performed feats such as throwing pick-up trucks one handed, punching through stone walls, metal and concrete and throwing a taxi with such force that it was able to smash its way through a skyscraper. It is assumed that he can lift at least 20 tons. When fighting non powered foes, he utilizes open-hand strikes and finger jabs, rather than punches and kicks to avoid fatalities.
Superhuman Durability- King Arachnid tissues have become hardened, granting a considerable degree of super-human durability. This is particularly evident in his skin, which while looks unchanged, has an exoskeleton quality to it. His durability gives him the ability to use his strength without injuring himself as well as enduring massive impact forces without sustaining injury. He is also bulletproof to small caliber rounds as long as they are non armor piercing variants. He is not however invulnerable. Conventional bladed weaponry can hurt him if used with enough force. Larger and armor piercing rounds can also harm him, and while small caliber rounds don't pierce his skin, they do cause enough mild discomfort for King Arachnid to dodge them when he can (When forced to shield a civilian from a hail of handgun fire, he described it as needle hot acupuncture).
Superhuman Speed- King Arachnid is able to move at speeds which easily surpass the finest human athletes. He once ran the 100 meters in four seconds backwards, and has run at speeds in excess of 100 mph for an extended period of time. He once sprinted at around 200 mph, but felt some exhaustion afterwards.
Superhuman Reflexes, elasticity and agility- King Arachnid's Reflexes, elasticity and agility are many orders of magnitude higher than the most accomplished gymnast. He has performed the most complicated flips, somersaults and parkour with minimal effort. He can dodge supersonic projectiles at point blank range. A group of 50 highly trained spetznaz once surrounded him with assault rifles, and the most they could do was slightly graze his leg with one of their bullets. He has even caught bullets with his back turned, although he was showing off then.
Superhuman Stamina and Healing capabilities- King Arachnid Body produces far less fatigue toxins during strenuous activity and can endure higher levels of toxins before rest is required. He once held his breath for half an hour while fighting a horde of robots in Ethyl Chloride. When injured, he heals at an accelerated rate, recovering from minor grazes and wounds within minutes. It is assumed to take a few hours to heal from broken bones and torn muscles.
Superhuman Senses- King Arachnid's Senses has been generally enhanced. His Daytime vision has been improved so he can clearly see fast moving objects, while at night he can see clearly in near total darkness. He also has superhuman hearing, in part due to his ability to pick up vibrations through the ground which has resulted in a primitive radar sense. However his most advanced sense is his smell. He can pick scents which are undetectable to Human's, even if they have been eroded. He is particularly sensitive to pheromones, and by utilizing this in conjunction with hearing the rhythm of someone's heartbeat, can sense if they are lying- unless they have been conditioned to conceal their emotions. His sense of smell and hearing in particular, are heavily linked into his subconscious, making it very hard for him to be taken by surprised.
Venom secretion- King Arachnid's salivary glands secrete a highly venomous toxin, which can prove fatal to normal humans. However it is harmless when ingested, which allows him to share food and kiss without harming others. He also possesses venom glands near the base of his spine. His cybernetic tail gives him the ability to inject this venom into foes. However he rarely uses it- due to its lethality to humans and its limited effects against many super-powered foes
Wall Crawling- King Arachnid can scale most surfaces via the use of vibrasse on his hands and feet. With very slick surfaces he uses his super-strength to punch holes gain purchase to climb.
Highly Advanced Semi-sentient suit- King Arachnid disguises himself by using a semi-liquid organic suit with a variety of functions. Originally he wore a black overall suit as pictured but in time developed the improved variant.
Shape shifting- The suit can change color depending on the user's wishes. It can also match it surroundings turning the user invisible- but this wears off when he makes physical contact with someone. It can also form scorpion claws, fangs and a detectable scorpion tail which can be thrown like a spear. It also can form webbing like tendrils from the hands in a variety of different shapes and forms. This give him the ability to slingshot himself around built up areas in a fashion much like Spider-man, and his general method of travel in cities greatly resembles the wall-crawler, but with a slightly more direct style.
Projectile weaponry- The suit can emit high velocity projectiles from his claws. These can be bladed or rounded depending on the users preference.
Teleportation- In combat, King Arachnid sometimes turns on and off his invisibility rapidly. Because of his superhuman speed, it gives the aura of teleportation, and provides a distraction to his foes. His suit is capable of true teleportation through yet unknown technology, but only uses it travel great distances. It can only be used rarely however due to the energy this requires. It is also uncomfortable to user it is teleporting. King Arachnid can also teleport other people by holding them close to his body.
Genius Level intellect- King Arachnid is a leader in the field of biology and physics. His suit is a marvel of technology. When transported to the marvel world, even Iron Man was highly impressed by it, and is currently applying to work as a scientist in horizon labs while being editor of a moderately popular science magazine.
Excellent Hand-to-Hand combatant- While originally having no martial arts training, King Arachnid, has developed a highly efficient and effective style of combat which relies on evasion and speed, countered with fast precise strikes of varying force depending on the foe he's facing. Highly trained agents and soldiers are cannon fodder to him- he has defeated entire battalions of them rather easily. Due to the lack of suitable foes in his own world, he jumped at the ability to move into the marvel world and tackle super-powered foes. Because he was a massive comic-book fan in his world, he learnt and mastered a variety of different forms of combat from many marvel characters, from mister-x to wolverine and spider-man's way of the spider. He has even said that he even knows how to incapacitate Gladiator via nerve strikes from watching wolverine performing a similar move on kid gladiator. Currently, he is exchanging skills with Spider-man and Spider-woman, perfecting his already formidable knowledge of the the way of the spider, while mastering the hydra moves that spider-woman uses.

Metabolism
He is somewhat susceptible ethyl chloride and other pesticide type gases. Further due to his partially invertebrate make-up, he has both an endothermic and ectothermic metabolism, which he can switch to via conscious thought. His ectothermic metabolism reduces his physical abilities somewhat, although they still remain far outside of even peak human standards, but gives him the ability to last for amazing periods of time without food or rest, particularly if conditions are warm. He can go for weeks without sleep and months without food and water. However this form makes him particularly vulnerable to even mild temperatures, which can send him into torpor. His endothermic form does the opposite- it heightens his abilities to their peak but requires him to eat large amounts of food daily of up to 20000 calories a day. Lack of food makes him irritable, and weakens him considerably. But due to his love of food, it is the form he most prefers. Switching between forms causes him to lose and gain weight very quickly- King arachnid calls himself the "best yo-yo dieter you'll ever meet".
Diseases- He was apparently told by Iron Man that Measles could prove deadly by Iron Man. But his invulnerability to many other viruses and diseases makes this unlikely.
Blood Poisoning
King arachnid has combination of haemocytin and hemoglobin in his blood due to his both mammalian and arachnid biology. This means that if he was to require a blood transfusion, there would be unlikely to be a donor outside of people who have arachnid themed powers. But due to his considerable healing abilities, it is unlikely that King arachnid would ever face such a problem. His unique blood also makes him vulnerable to certain types of EDTA.
Personality and History- He is highly confident in his abilities, and is immensely proud of his achievements on his world. Now in the marvel universe, he relished the chance to test himself. In his world he was one of 3 super-powered beings in his world and the only hero. In terms of powers and skill he was far superior to both (Adrenaline was a very durable 5 tonner brick with low intellect and Lighting was a speedster who had superior acceleration but a slower top speed than him), and frequently humiliated them. He is somewhat arrogant and headstrong, breaking into the a high security american prison to rescue a private who outed human rights abuses by american forces in Iraq. He also destroyed a fox news building to let off steam and also because he despised their idea of news. He is a libertarian but has frequently got involved in conflicts around the world and changed the tide in battles to forces he feels are in the right. He even captured Osama Bin Laden and delivered him to the U.N authorities, hours before a team of American special forces were sent to execute him. Many leaders hated him, but all respected his power and underlying good intentions behind his actions.
In the marvel universe he has had some trouble adjusting to life. In a world were Meta-Humans are commonplace, he now finds it difficult to stand out. He was angered to be denied membership to the avengers, and in the New and Secret Avengers he has come into conflict with X-23 and Wolverine. Indeed, his sardonic sense of humor to other heroes often gets him into trouble- after being turned down by She-Hulk for a date, he went on a 5 minute rant demeaning her for sexual encounters. His efforts earnt him a punch to the face which fractured his skull. Nevertheless, his skill is not doubted, and has already easily defeated the likes of Puma, Scorpion, Kraven, Sabre-Tooth and Speed-Demon. He is not without friends though, and is great friends with Deadpool. He idolizes Spider-Man, and has made no secret of this, something which the wall crawler is grateful for, but is slightly uneasy about.

History: Not much is known about Peripheral including her nationality, real name and even her face. It is thought she may be Chinese due to her habit of speaking with said accent but she can slip into others and speak in them with just as much ease so her true origin is unknown. Due to the nature of her powers it is also nigh-impossible to find any of this information out anyway. Her motivations for becoming a vigilante are also unknown but in the past she has shown much distaste for the Triads and it has been speculated that she may have been used by them to smuggle guns and drugs due to her powers.

The Blindside:
Peripheral has a bizarre ability that she has dubbed Blindside. This ability renders her impossible to see if looking directly at her. The only way to see her is out of the corner of your eye or peripheral vision (hence her code name) if you look directly at her she will instantly disappear from view even if she is only standing a meter or so in front of you. It is unknown exactly how her ability functions at first it was assumed to be some form of telepathy that she used to blot people from seeing her but this has proved to be false as she cannot be seen on camera tapes either despite the fact she isn't physically there. The ability has also effected very high-tier telepaths thus rendering that theory false. Due to her blindside she is also immune to the effects of telepathy. This ability is passive and is always in effect and completely out of Peripheral's ability control or stop thus building up any kind of relationship or social circle is nigh-impossible as no one can look at her.
Skills:
Expert Martial Artist: While not on the same level as someone like Lady Shiva, Peripheral is still a well above average hand to hand fighter and has beaten foes equivalent to Nightwing in hand to hand. Her affinity for these arts backs up the fact she may indeed be Chinese.
Weapons Master: Peripherals real skill is with bladed weapons. Short blades are her weapons of choice. There are very few people who can keep up with Peripheral in a fair fight but coupled with her Blindside ability it makes her nigh-unbeatable in a close-combat situation.

Thermal Vision: Useful for seeing in the dark and also beneath thin stuff, if anything giving off heat is beneath. So yeah she could see through your clothes, your skin is a lot more warm than your clothes. Don't expect her to see through walls though.

Invisibility: Can become invisible but must remain still while doing so.
Metal Mode: Her other powers won't work in metal mode, but it increases her durability a lot. She's immune to concussive damage. She is also a bit stronger, able to jump 10 ft high.
Shrinking Arrows: Have suction cups on the end. They shrink stuff on contact. So if they hit a person, even if they were clothed, it would shrink the clothing with the person. How small? Your height would be in inches. So if your 5 ft, you would be 5 inches. The arrows are pretty light weight, so they won't crush the person after they shrink. The arrows have limits, they won't work on large stuff like buildings.
Pellets: She has 3 types of marble size pellets in her belt. Gas, blast, and freeze blast.
Occupation: Protector of Earth and last line of defence.
Education: Vast knowledge in natural science, acquired throughout centuries.

Super Strength: Possess, presumably, limitless level of strength. Can shatter planets with fists alone and even tear through space-time anomalies with the sheer force of his strikes.
