Lizards are going to have a fest; they're going to fight over not getting enough cockroaches; a lizard or more at a time might compete over a single cockroach and eventually eat all 50.

Lizards, cockroaches are nasty little shits.

Lizards are way larger and should be bringing in the size, strength, damage soak and reach advantages. Cockroaches will have to rely on nukes to stand a chance.
