Unfortunately for this man, I don't believe his argument will hold up in court. Whether or not he feels he was wronged is irrelevant because at any time he could have turned off the program. He willingly purchased a TV and willingly pays for the service.

Like most people, this "activist" doesn't understand what salvation is. Either a person is saved or they're not. If they're not, then any of their sins is enough to put them under God's wrath. If they are, then they can't possibly lose their salvation. All of their sins would be paid for.

This man apparently thinks that being exposed to certain images can make him lose his salvation (or make him irredeemable). That boils down to a works gospel in which the person must be good enough to become saved. That's not the Gospel of salvation by grace alone.
