Comics are just too hard to follow. I hate having to skip around trying to follow a decent reading order so that I don't miss anything important. The closest I've come to an easy to follow story line in comics would be Star Wars.

The only manga I read is OPM cause it's taking FOREVER for the anime to come back. Normally I just watch the anime. But yes, you can like both. But I prefer comics.

I like both i lean towards Manga tho as it has a greater library of media that i'm interested in compared to comics right now i have 40+ Manga in my backlog i'm planning to read where as with comics its just like Batman (Synders run), World War Hulk, Spawn, Invincible, Locke & Key, Hellboy, Watchmen, V for Vendetta, Locke & Key and Saga that i'm interested in.

I don't myself but of course someone can enjoy both.

So what if you don’t want to be a weeb or a nerd? Well there’s a third option: you can insteas choose to focus on LA material, like movies and TV shows. Then you will truly have attained a higher state of existence.

I more or less do already. Granted, I do find manga to much more frequently (but by no means exclusively) produce woefully trash-tier works, but I've found some that were quite interesting.
