Can someone tell me what a Kundalini awakening is suppose to feel like?

I think I was born "awake". I seem to be able to tap into some sort of energy starting from the back of my head & I can focus it to various parts of my body for a few seconds, until I can't & it shoots to my feet.

Sometimes my body feels like it's vibrating but I don't notice it was happening until it abruptly stops.

These are things that have always been noticeable to me but I only just recently learned of Kundalini.

Can this be a potential superpower?
