A couple days ago i bought a 2 month gamecard for my World of Warcraft account & yesterday I got perma banned because of messing around in Trade Chat. And guess what... That 2 month gamecard that is Worth over 30$ is now gone and i wont get any of it refunded. Do you Think this is bad service? I used to Think Blizzard was very supportive and understanding but now I'm not so sure anymore.
Blizzard won't give me back my money

That's rip off. I would consider it a crime lol
But there are rules you got to follow. To put it in a different view: you wouldn't call it unfair if you were thrown put of a football game when you would do something inappropriate, right? As you already paid for it.. I guess
Blizzards always had a double standard with customers. People who genuinely cheat don't get banned, and they're great at alienating long standing customers. I'd blame Activision for hat
The reason Blizzard has a tenuous history with cheaters is because a lot of the times the "cheating" was due to bugged boss encounters
The most famous example is Insidia's world first kill of the Lich King. Long story short using engineering items allowed the raid to ignore a a key mechanic. But Insidia didn't know why this was happening - the engineering items were simply a regular part of the dps rotation. Or at least they claimed so. BlizzArd allowed them to keep their accounts but their world first was taken away and they got a 72h ban.
A different example
There was this guild in vanilla who was deep into Naxx. They only needed loot from Cthun who was the last boss of aq40 - the previois raid tier. Aq40 is enormous and it took forever to clear. The guild didn't want to waste time so they altered the game files and allowed them too fall through the floor to the last boss chamber. They were permanently banned.
They argued it wasn't just because they were capable of clearing the raid they just didn't want to waste the time. But altering game files is pretty bad.
Your case in the other hands is different. Your situation deals with trolling and probably player harassment. Thats much more cut and dry. Its 2016 - mmos don't tolerate that
Hell in FFXIV square enix will ban people who give people shit with dps meters.
No. You violated the terms and got banned according to the rules, something you accepted when making your purchase. You are not entitled to a refund.
Whether or not your ban was justified or not is a different matter.
