Regular. Explosive if you have enough lifting strength. If what you want is to increase your AP, I recommend heavy weights.

@rawsos: @rawsos: Keep it simple but just change positions. Do things like regular push ups, then close grip, then wide. Put your feet on something if you can. Put your hands on something so your body is angled up with the head high. It’s not all necessary but changing angles and grips so you’re hitting all the areas and progressing. But you can get away with a lot doing just regular push ups, wide grip and close grip.
