The video mentions that social media identified the woman as a nurse at a local hospital. She didn't get away with it and I wouldn't be surprised if her job takes action against her since the video clip aired on local tv.

I’ve worked customer service before, and it’s a horrible job already. That would definitely push me over the edge.

I would immediately call the police. I definitely wouldn't consider fighting a woman over soup. If she hits me, I will strike back in self-defense. However, this is clearly not the case.

I think that's pretty atypical, when I'm faced with a customer service issue; that store manager was a needle in a haystack in terms of her polite customer service demeaner to a large extent; but, then, she started making threats; both of them needed to exercise judgment and restraint, just the customer a bit more on this occasion; she's also an atypical store manager/supervisor, as personalities just decline the further up the ladder you go from real life experiences in now day and age; back in the 1980s and earlier, a bit of a different story but it's all to do with moral decay so it's really hard to say what is appropriate in this situation; it's seemingly innocent but likely not; for example, how many times had this customer visited there, would add some further context?

Jesus.. Some have serious mental issues. Poor girl.
