Alien or Aliens

I left out Alien Resurrection to make sure that would make the poll fair, because nothing compares to that masterpiece.

It's legitimately my favourite one.

@black_wreath: I'm not a fan (obviously) though I loved Ron Perlman in it. He's easily the best part of the movie for me.

Alien is a great sci fi horror, and Aliens is a great action sci fi movie. And that's why I can't decide which is my favourite.

Yeah I love him in it, such an asshole. Ron Perlman, Brad Dourif and Winona Ryder are three of my all time favourite actors. Might be the reason I like the movie so much...

Alien. A more effective thriller in my opinion, primarily because a lone threat has always seemed creepier than a large enemy force.

I like them both equally because they're different types of movies. Alien is a horror movie and Aliens is an action movie. It's a bit like comparing Halloween and Terminator.
