I have a better solution, we make life illegal. Think about it, dead people don’t suffer from poverty, or disease, or depression, they don’t need to work or worry. They’re just dead. So basically we can solve every problem in the world this way.

Saying that the government should make obesity a crime is the equivalent of a parent not allowing his/her child to play with other children. It's obviously a dumb decision to implement such rule.

Obesity a crime?!! That’s about as ridiculous as making smoking Marijuana a crime or homosexuality a crime. No sensible government would ever pass....oh, wait. Never mind.

It's a bad thing because being obese is incredibly unhealthy, leading to drastically shortened lifespans. If that wasn't enough, it becoming the norm would lead to less and less being done about it. I obviously don't think it should be considered a crime, but it definitely isn't something that should be encouraged as an individual choice.

Nah, not a crime. Definitely should be more strict FDA guidelines and food warnings, all that stuff.
