Poll: Which MCU Avengers villain do you respect the most? (32 votes)

MCU Infinity War Thanos 31%
MCU Endgame Thanos 6%
MCU composite Thanos 31%
MCU Ultron 9%
MCU Loki 22%

This does not mean you agree with all of their actions or think they're right. It's just about picking the "best" one.

Loki just wanted to be accepted by Odin.

End Game Thanos was too "villiany"

IW Thanos seemed more like someone who had a righteous cause.

Loki because he ultimately became a decent individual.

Thanos. Loki is a buffoon, and he lacked conviction.

@anthp2000:

What, dude managed to override his programming and then wanted to destroy the world. I can respect that more than Thanos and Loki

Thanos. I agree with his intention.

When Ultron searched the web, he saw that people kill each other all the time. He said “you want to protect the world, but you don’t want it to change”. Which means “why the hell are you protecting them if they kill each other anyway, why are you saving them if after that you don’t teach them how to live in peace”. So, in his mind, the most efficient way to achieve peace is to destroy humanity. The biggest threat to humanity is humanity itself. I respect Ultron.

Ebony Maw.

Apparently he could've instantly killed everyone in New York Battle, and probably even Thanos himself with his DiReCt TeLeKiNeSiS! But he chose not to, because he's aware that he was in a PG13 movie.

Mad respect for him.

@lan_fan: take that battle forums salt elsewhere. IDK who frustrated you, but this is not the right thread for that.

Loki because he's not completely insane like Thanos or Ultron.

While he was a complete monster initially he atleast became a good individual afterwards.

I wouldn’t say I “respect” any of them. I feel more emotionally connected to IW Thanos and Loki. Thanos legit was going out of his way not to kill anyone in order to let the stones decide to be completely fair. He genuinely just wanted to save the universe, in his own Mad Titan way. Loki deep down only wanted to be accepted by Odin and seen as an equal to Thor.
