Yes, in an MCU canon comic he sliced a bullet with his claws at close range.

The feat is pretty indisputable, too.

no feats yet so no. Also bulletimer and bulletimer combat speed are different things. Example dodging bullets is not the same as fighting as fast as the bullet can move. Its reaction time vs combat speed which are different things.

He bullet timed in a tie in comic but nothing quite like the second gif where Diana is actually moving as fast as the bullet.

Taking into account Odin had the Odin Force in a tie in comic proves the tie in comics dont even correlate to the movies

Panther never bullet timed once in CW or Black Panther he is not a bullet timer

Based on the way he was casually dodging/catching Hawkeye's arrows and that scan, I'd say that he can do it.

@marvelanddcfan24:

The comics are canon. They even refer to them in the movies-such as Rhodey lifting the tank in AoU.

This.

  • You don't know that. They never failed to react to a bullet, they never needed to react to one.
  • None of them has to be as fast as T'Challa.

The comic doesn't contradict anything. It's just high end for those characters, but we know they're casual arrow timers and RPG timers so nothing really outlier-ish.

@anthp2000: I remember captain America getting shot multiple times by bucky. You know you have to prove they are actual bullet timers right? Not the other way, according to your logic aunt may is a bullet timer because she's never failed to react to one, she never needed to

@DammeFavour: Bucky worked around Cap’s shield and shot him from arms distance.

Terrible example.

Is Falcon?

The comic showing is debatable. But given all the hype the Panther has gotten I'm willing to give it the benefit of the doubt.

@anthp2000: Depending on the way you interpret the panel he just stepped to the side and let it ping off. Especially since the bullets "motion arc" originates from the armour.

And it got teared in 3 how then? He clearly sliced it down.

@anthp2000: He can fire more than once you know. Or it shattered on contact with the armour.

@anthp2000: If he cut it in half, wouldn’t he have brought his right hand across his body to the left in order to actually use his claws?

@anthp2000: He can fire more than once you know.

  1. What about the hand motion?
  2. The 2 parts on the side are clearly 2 halves, I mean they're litteraly cut clean and it's obvious from the shape
  3. You think some random nameless guard would fire this fast with a handgun?

Not sure what you mean by that, but his arm (with the claws out) is clearly at the end of the blurry line (which moreover suggests the bullet did not just bounce off of the suit).

@anthp2000: I mean he was staring straight at the shooter with his hands at his sides. If he were to fit it in half, shouldn’t he have swept his arm across his body to scratch at it and cut it in mid-air? The way he’s positioned in the second panel makes it seem like he backhanded the bullet.

I mean, that's basically the way comic books separate aim dodging from actual bullet timing. First panel - shot, second panel - reaction. With the stance of the debated character changing between the two panels.

@thevivas: The way I see it, the artwork of his hand motion demonstrates exactly that - slicing the bullet.

He uses his claws to slice it down in a frontal manner, not like a cat would do in a 'feminine' way.

We even see the blur showcasing the trail of his claw.

Such as? This isn't "secondary media" that contradicts anything. Its canon to the MCU, ergo it cant contradict something he has failed to do without context.

Not sure how actual movie feats say otherwise? He's casually multiple arrow timed, how does that contradict that he could potentially bullet time? It's just a high showing.

He is a bullet timer due to the tie in comic, but DCEU Wonder Woman's speed feats against rifles/machine guns are relatively more impressive.

Ridiculous question is ridiculous. He is a bullet timer yes, but of course he isnt on DCEU Wonder Woman's level. Has he done anything in both his cinematic appearances to suggest this?

He is, if you remember the scene in civil war he easily caught Hawkeyes two arrows. Honestly though, he doesn't need to be a bullet timer because his suit is completely bullet proof lmao
