Is James Tynion IV's run on Red Hood and the Outlaws good?

I've been interested in reading comics featuring Jason Todd as Red Hood or after he came back to life but I heard that Scott Lobdell's work on Red Hood and the Outlaws was terrible.

However, I heard James Tynion IV's short run on the series was good.

Was it any good or was it as bad as Scott's run on the comic-book series?

Both runs ate terrible. Though Tynion's was arguably worse. RHATO was one of those series that just stayed consistently bad

God no, Tynion's run is HORRIBLE

Lobdell on the other hand is pretty damn good.

It was great. Only problem is the way they messed up the trade that collects his run. Almost a full arc in volume 4, but the last issue was in vol 5. So it's a pain to read.
