Would You Rather Have Time Skip or Ultra Instinct?

Time Skip is not only good in combat, but also for practical uses.

UI is only better in combat if you have the speed which isn't a part of it I suppose. It's basically instant reaction to increased intuition.

My point is UI doesn't give you speed to match Time Skip.

Time Skip has alot of practical uses in, and out of combat. I could timeskip and get thr remote off my counter before my tv could process what happened lol.

Time skip is not that useful. Ultra Instinct is way more useful.

I think time skip would only be useful if you had super speed to go with it. You can only skip for about 1/2 a second

Both are useless for a regular human being...You cant exploit 0.2 seconds of frozen time in real life and ultra instinct wont dodge bullets because your body is slow to begin with...

I guess ultra instinct can be good in sports like boxing or MMA...You would earn yourself a fortune and become a legend if anyone cares about that...
