Would you mind if comics added more advertising if it helped offset the price?

As long as the story is not cut down to avoid extra printing costs.

I personally would prefer if they added a lot more adds to books instead of the price increases. Even if it got to the point of almost every other page like in magazine advertisements. I think especially with such a poor economy publishers need to start looking at other ways to make money than raising their prices.

I don't have the patience to wait for the trades, and I don't believe in piracy (for this medium anyway.) I really think more advertising could ease the strain on my wallet. Even if they did it creatively like they do in movies. Have Spider-Man drinking Coke, or Iron Fist drive a Corvette.

With the prize rise I think I'll try tps on a few series instead of actual comics

like Moon Knight, I like the character but I can wait for trades, I mean it's not like other titles that I wait patiently to read more each month

F*CK YES I WOULD MIND!! I get all my comics from the library. I don't want billboards folding out of my free Cable/Deadpool comics. I'll stick with the ones with so little ads, it has Deadpool swinging on a cheap, ripped rope.
