This a tough one for me considering how much I adore MCU Daredevil and think the shows cancellation was a massive loss. On one hand there are still a lot of stories to tell with MCU Peter, and he has a lot of potential to grow into the role and into young adulthood as the character. Also while the level of writing for DD will never reach the depth that the Netflix version did, i don't think its necessarily the end of his character. He'll just be rebooted into an infinitely dumbed down more action version of the character

First of all, Tom Holland’s buy out to cancel him would cost waaaaay more than what’s probably on Charlie’s contract.

Secondly, Tom Holland has been in about 4 MCU films. The backlash Marvel/Disney’s gonna get from removing him from the roster would be too much for them to handle considering they’re just about to start a new phase.

Also, Spider-Man would be necessary if they want this continuity to succeed. They’re gonna be on thin ice without both Iron Man AND Captain America, so they would definitely need Tom Holland’s familiar appearance to stay.

Charlie Cox as Daredevil was cool, but let’s face it, he had a way smaller audience and not too many people will be affected by his series ending, may it be fans or the producers themselves.

Neither of them contribute anything to the Universe they are in.

But Daredevil show and a character is properly written while Holland is Nickelodeon Teen Show tier.

However, from business and money making perspective, Holland is there for the keeping, no questions asked.

Naw I’m good on Cox. He had over 20 hours ago f screen time during his series. I still haven’t had enough of Peter yet.
