Let's think about this; We aren't enemies with Russia anymore, right? but say this is back in the cold war era, and since this is our world there are no X-men, no one would be able to contact him about joining any team (save Soviet Russia at the time, since they would've most likely found him before anyone else.)
Now, he'd either would've somehow gone undiscovered and lived a life of secrecy, or would've been recruited into some Soviet program, and with a super soldier like that, that would've put them ahead of us, thus possibly kick starting a war...
if it was ultimate blob death row is in sight, if normal smiler situation to AoA bane, most definitively, intelligent, highly educated and immensely powerful colossus would prob be captured and studied by scientists, back when he was first introduced anyway(usa and Russia not being pals and that back then) Rulk would be a crazy large threat worldwide Deadpool would prob be in a home or death row, if they caught him anyhow Storm, prob wouldn't use her powers to such a large extent that would draw attention Batman, not unlike him in the Christopher Nolan films, like classic gritty batman all my assumptions are based on the characters temperaments
They would all be... Any Vigilante, Mutants,Kryptonian, Lantern, etc would be a major threat to this world.. If Batman had the info on everyone thats a power player in the world he'd be crazy dangerous
Storm & Iceman definately (though Iceman wasn't in the list), both threaten the ecosystem of the entire world, and could basicaly rape our earth lol, natural disastors claim thousands and thousands of lives, being able to make natural disastors happen is a very dangerous ability.

Bane - No, not his agenda. Blob - Not smart enough to be a real threat. Colossus - Could cause some real trouble but I've seen him get knock out with in metal mode. A bombardment of missles should put him down. Rulk - Yes. Deadpool - With the right equipment and frame of mind he could at least assassinate a President. Storm - Even though her powers tend to flux she could still cause major damage nationwide. Batman - With the proper means and time. Captain america - Remember when he was a fugitive and going by The Captain. He was considered a threat to national security but never really did anything "bad."

all of them. an explosive is a national threat in the real world. all of these guys have the capacity for far more destruction than that if they went off.

Bane - If he wanted to be, maybe Blob - no, as mentioned, to stupid Colossus - again if he wanted, but going with his personality would more likely be a "hero" Rulk - I'm thinking yes Deadpool - Could be if paid enough Storm - defenatly has the potential, *see Colossus* Batman - Defenatly, if he thinks that country is in the wrong Captain America - To patriotic, no, would be very good on the front lines though.
