I know, Punisher has no problem with killing criminals. But what punisher would do, if he seen a criminal who is a teenager (14-17)

Probably depends on what the kid’s done.

He has killed young people before though. However the only time I can recall now is in Child’s Play where he shot a criminal without looking which turned out to be a teen. He grumbled about it but didn’t seem too upset.

He would kill a baby for biting too hard on their mother’s teet.

Frank is old school when you hit 18 you're an adult and adults pay for they're mistakes and if you're eight under 18 that's close enough but sixteen and under? I think he'd scare the living hell out of you to make sure you don't continue your ways like slaughtering your 18+ aged criminal associates

Depends on a lot of things. The criminal's attitude, what crime he committed, punisher's mood, if he's a repeat offender, etc..

He would kill i think but only for a very cold blooded murder and kid being unshamed for what he's done.

I think he would, but he would consider many other factors before he does it considering it's a child.

Depends on the crime, if it was severe enough I doubt he'd hesitate.

Yes, of course. Punisher doesn't have any morals, He just serves justice and punishes those who commit crimes.

Yeah. Whedon had him pull a gun on kids on Runaways so...

I mean in many states you will still get charged as an adult if you’re 15 and up if it’s murder or other serious crimes.

Frank would have no hesitation killing a teenager if they had murdered someone in cold blood.

If the teenager committed a heinous act of murder or rape and felt no remorse about it and stated their willingness to do it again, then sure Frank would serve him right.

Has this never been addressed in a comic? Seems like some untapped story potential if so.

Punisher Max most likely did back in Nam.

Depends on the crime.
