Would MCU Hela's swords pierce Post JL Superman?

Hela's swords have not failed to pierce/cut into anything as of yet. It doesnt mean it can cut thru anything, but it hasnt failed at cutting yet. Her swords went into a mountain side, thru bulletproof Asgardian armor, thru Asgardians, thru Thor, thru Asgardian ships, thru a mountain sized Surtur, and even thru a ship that survived the effects of a singularity.

Hela has the ability to create any type of weapon and manipulate its size. She should be able to manipulate the cutting edge of such weapons making it possible to cut almost anything. Her swords are derived from her magic just like the strength to crush Mjolnir. She can cut him like everything else she has cut.

If they're legit magical and not some kind of alien tech, then yes. If not, well, they can't.
