Would MCU Daredevil and DCEU Batman get along?

They'd only work together if they had to.

They’d disagree a lot but probably not to the extent of Matt and Frank Castle. Most likely they’d meet once and actively avoid each other afterwards.

They wouldn't be anything, Batman may try to shut DD down if he's working in Gotham without Batman's permission.

I think they'd form a partnership for the greater good of both their cities, but their relationship would always be business, it would never be personal or friendly.

Batman and DD would get along though I could see Batman taking him down because theres really nothing Matt has to offer to Batman that he can't do himself

I think they would get along. Batman got along with all the other JL members. And as Bruce Wayne he is very charismatic and socially intelligent so he knows how to connect with people if he needs to. There is nothing that different between them that would keep them apart. Even though Matt and Frank disagreed a lot they had mutual respect and were able to work together.

No. Every member of the JL brought something to the table, and IMO that's the only reason Batman worked with them. Bruce would probably view Matt as just another guy who does what he does but less efficiently.

I can't see a long term partnership, while Bats likes to contact other superheroes, Matt prefers to work alone, he was reluctant to being in "a team" for half the defenders season.

I don't think they would end up fighting each other, unless there was someone manipulationg either of them.
