Worst Parent: Naruto or Aang
Naruto, I guess. Aang's position as Avatar felt overall bigger than that of a Hokage.
Naruto was doing more than taking care of Konoha

If you've watched or read boruto you know it to be true
@kgb725: I don't disagree, but I still stand by the Avatar feeling like a bigger role.
@quinlan58: I stopped Korra pretty early, what exactly did he do?
The fact that this thread exists highlights one of the problems with both Boruto and Legend of Korra. Naruto and Aang being bad fathers just doesn't make sense for the characters as they were previously depicted. You're telling me Aang - the most peaceful, "love and value everyone and everything", "treat everyone fairly" person in the verse - was neglectful to his children? And Katara, who was frequently the one to keep everyone in line and was already considered the "mother" of the group, just let it happen? And Naruto. Naruto had 700 plus episodes of never giving up on anyone. "Talk no Jutsu" is a thing. But he can't find any time for his own children?

Tenzin was the only one of his children who could airbend, so he gave him all the attention, only took him on trips and left the other kids, etc. Basically, his other two kids resent him for it.
@indomitableregal: Aang did them dirty
Naruto was overcompensating for the lack of attention in his early childhood by constantly mollycoddling the entire village. Because of Hiruzen he tries to justify his lack of attention to his family by saying the whole Village is his family and he has to focus on them.
But at the end of the Momoshiki arc, he understands Boruto's view on the situation and Boruto understands his. He now spends as much time as he can with his family, while he is still exhausted sometimes he tries his best and his family understands that
