worst CBM in 2017

I was the most disappointed by my most anticipated movie, unfortunately: Justice League. It's not terrible, but it could have been so much better and some smaller things ("oh, something's definitely bleeding") really rubbed me the wrong way.

Yes. The movie was honestly too depressing for me. Not enjoyable.

Guardians 2 for me. I didn't find it funny, I expected what JL was going to be going into it.

GOTG2, Homecoming and Ragnarok are okayish.

I'm not sure I can objectively say its the worst. It's a well made film. I just didn't enjoy it.

GotGv2 for me. Drax's Turd, Penis, and Nipple jokes and constant obnoxious laughter really killed the movie cor me.

GotG 2. One of the worst modern CBMs I've had the displeasure to watch.

GotG 2. I kinda knew what I was expecting with JL but GotG was just straight bad. Least favorite movie in the MCU and I don't see myself ever taking the time to watch it in the future.

Ragnarok hands down.

• Unoriginal/ripoff? Check.
• Disrespect to the mythos/lore? Check.
• Main character twisted into something he isn't supposed to be for reasons? Check.
• Trying too hard to be funny and failing? Check. (like I said before, I literally predicted the jokes, for the first time in my life, that's how lazy and superficial they were)

Justice League and GotG2 are up there as well. In general, without Logan and somewhat WW it would've been a disgraceful year for CBMs all around.

GotG 2, it's just as bad as Ragnarok, but while Ragnarok potentially saved Thor as an individual movie franchise, GotG 2 only put on display that they don't have any ideas about what to actually do with them. They made the first great funny movie with a ridiculous bad guy and no 2 was just a repeat with a blisteringly boring bad guy instead.

Oh I understand someone not being interested in a movie completely. It wasn’t on my top movies list either. But given the overall quality, script etc. I thought it was pretty good. At least we got to see the savage Wolverine we all wanted in the first place. And Laura kicked serious ass.

Justice League I guess, which is not saying much since I had a fun time with it. Is just forgettable. Overall really enjoy all the comic book movies in theater last year.

The poll is not that one sided, GotG2 (which I voted btw) is pretty even with JL.

I didn't actually like the blood and gore. Not that I can't deal with gory stuff, I just didn't feel that it was necessary.

Overall I get where you're coming from. For what it was it was a great film. I just didn't enjoy it.

Quality wise it's above all but Days of Future past.

Justice League was the worst for me. Just not a fun movie at all. Only one good scene and it was the flashback scene. That was great.

Also, I don’t get all the hate for GotG2. Was it as good as the 1st one? No. But it was enjoyable. The visual effects were great. Don’t get all the hate for Ragnarok, either. I feel they did a great job.

Was it cinematic and critically acclaimed? Sure. Was it depressing as hell? Sure.

Between GOTG 2 and JL.

These two aren't actually terrible, but 2017 just had great superhero movies.

Justice League was the most wasted potential. DC is trying too hard to catch up to Marvel in progress. However, it had its fun parts.

Homecoming was the most overrated. I couldn't find anything about it that was special.

GotG was rather forgettable, but it was fun. I thought the twist with Ego was cool.

Wonder Woman was a good movie, but it was overpraised into oblivion.

I don't remember much about Lego Batman.

Never saw Logan.

I can agree Ragnarok tried too hard to be funny, but I liked it the most out of all these movies by a long shot.

But the worst movie overall was probably Justice League.

When you direct a movie for one of the most popular superhero (if not the most popular) teams and it is less popular than the lego movie.. You know that you have f'd up
