For sure. The Batman is quite possibly my single most anticipated movie right now. Not my most anticipated "superhero" movie right now, not my most anciptaed movie "of 2021" right now, my most anticipated movie right now, period.

At first I was very excited about this film because of Reeves and Pattinson but when I found out they made the wrong choice for Selina Kyle I would think again. I had enough with FFH. I never watched it again if the Studio still kept the Director and Zendaya there.

I am optimistic. I've watched all the current era DC films except Joker and Aquaman (only because I haven't gotten around to it) and I'm happy with the current trajectory they're taking without forcing the cinematic universe angle.

With this Fresh start on Batman I feel like maybe we could get another solid film at least.

I do understand that Thomas Wayne was portrayed to be a bad guy in the Joker . But , we always saw that story from Arthur’s perspective . It would be interesting if we saw it from Bruce’s now .

( Just like Indinity War was from Thanos’ perspective , while Endgame was from the Avenger’s perspective) .
