its directed by the guy behiend lights out
zakarie will 100% nail the role just see tangled him is flynn was great
the rock as the main villain
it has big budget with great producers
@gamer-guy: Man of Steel and Wonder Woman were good.
The Rock is not the main villain, it's Sivana.
@tonymartial: he is still a villain
WW was good and MoS was great. Only real complaint I've read so far about MoS is ''not muh Superman''
Wow so they really gonna have rock be black Adam wtf he does not need to be black Adams their are better actors who fit the role for it
That's not possible; Man of Steel and Wonder Woman already beat it to the punch, and Aquaman probably will too.
But on topic, yes, I think Shazam will be awesome. Lights Out was an awesome movie, and Zachary Levi is a hilarious actor, I think he will do the role great, as will Mark Strong with Dr. Sivana. I have a lot of faith in Shazam.
There’s already at least 2 legit good DCEU movies. This wouldn’t be the first

Really ? Who ?
There’s already at least 2 legit good DCEU movies. This wouldn’t be the first
Which ones ?
Wonder Woman already holds that title.
Wonder Woman already holds that title.
Wonder Woman wasn't bad and despite me not agreeing with Supes' portrayal MoS was a good movie as well all things considered. That and I think the actor will do alright as Shazam. I'm just not holding my breath based on how the majority of DCEU movies have turned out, not only that but I feel Aquaman will be the better film personally. I sincerely hope it's good though, I like Shazam.
Wonder Woman already holds that title.
I second that.
Wonder Woman already holds that title.
I hope it is really good. But saying it will be the first “good” film is silly. MoS and WW were both great movies.
For a second I thought this was another Captain Salt, generalbeastgod thread.
Me too!
What happened to him?
@beyonder97: He’s either banned or he’s busy making another alt.
Wonder Woman already holds that title.
WW was good and Man of Steel is ok
Justice League was pretty good as well.
@kanyecosby: CGI had some problems but I enjoyed the movie overall.

MoS,isn't perfect but is by far my favorite DCEU movie. WW was also good.
WW was good and Man of Steel is ok
Man Of Steel was the best Superman movie to me because it gave you those feels and a history of Superman's homeworld and father. Wonder Woman felt like Captain America 1 in the beginning but near the mid end I was very intrigued and enjoyed it, but it wasn't better than MOS to me, like the box office portrayed.
Aquman will probably be like Tarzan meets
Nonetheless I feel like Shazam will be another great solo movie, but since it is sort of a childish super hero, we will probably see element of a lot humor like Deadpool, as well as action packed.
@king_krown: the beginning and Supermans upbringing was really stupid mostly his dad aka Kevin Costna but the middle and ending are pretty solid
Wonder Woman is the only great DCEU movie; I have low expectations for Shazam.
Before shazam, James Wan's Aquaman is releasing on 21 dec 2018 and that will be great. People are saying the test screenings were good. The footage which was shown at the comiccon is also well received.
This is how the incomplete teaser goes,
According to Total Film, the scene opens on a rusty old radio blaring out Charles Trenet's "La Mer", which may be better known by its English version "Beyond the Sea", as two men fish under blue skies.
A quaint scene, that is, until one of the men hooks something that's far beyond his power, dragging the boat wildly across the surface of the water.
The fisherman lets go of the line just before they're pulled under, only to witness exactly what he caught: some kind of mechanical stingray, with a row of blue lights around its edge.
A shark fin then emerges from the depths, belonging to one of an entire fleet of sub-aquatic ships. The camera plunges underwater to examine this wonder, which ranges from single-person mechanical sharks to huge battle ships.
The panel later revealed the ships belong to the Ocean Master, brother to Aquaman and played by Patrick Wilson in the film, a supervillain whose fleet makes it clear he's a formidable threat.
The clip ended with Aquaman himself, standing atop a shipwreck. "You don't want to talk about this, do you?" he asks an offscreen presence, before twirling his sword and striking a perfect hero pose. "Neither do I."
