Why is it said that Deathstroke can use 90% of his brain ???

I'm pretty sure he'd be something other than an assassin of that were true

(Hint, really, everyone uses most of their brain, just not all at once all the time. The 10% thing was a one off quote from Einstein that was never meant to be taken seriously.)

Maybe he had a stroke, or a brain tumor, or something, so he lost function in 10% of his brain?

Back when he was created, it was widely belived that we only used 10% of our brain. The writers thought " oh, we'll make him use 90% because he's enhanced"

Pretty much he can process info a lot faster than normal humans

Plenty of fictional universes use modern myths as a foundation of one sort or another in building their worlds. It was a common myth that people only use 10% of their cerebral capacity; in fact we use virtually all of it. However, we do not use every part of our brains at once, as in every given moment, otherwise we'd probably be having a seizure-induced meltdown.

Taking this into account, it can be fairly easy to interpret the intended scope of Deathstroke's abilities, namely that his raw brainpower possesses a 900% superior mental capacity than normal humans. At least, that's what I get from it. He can think, calculate, theorize, deduct, ascertain, reason, etc. nine times faster than any natural human. His reflexes and response time are nine times faster. His senses are nine times sharper and astute. It kinda goes on from there (makes it more ironic that he's one-eyed)

It was said amazingly wrong. It's just a bad way of saying he can proccess faster

I always took it as their way of saying that his brain works 9 times faster than that of a normal person's.
