Well pierrot owns the ip so if they wanna make boruto then we will count it 0%
it's not canon actually 100%
I think this is a pretty valid question considering the naruto anime is dismissed using that same logic of the creator not writing or making it. but what do you guys think.
My take, is just that the canon arguments really have no consistency to them
