Whose ship busting feat was more impressive? Cpt Marvel or Superman?

Possibly go with option 2 in my honest opinion, both are decent feats and pretty good, Clark had to deal with gravity, Carol had to deal with Artillery. I can't decide honestly, I'll pick the second option, both the same but clark marginally takes it. Although I have full confidence Carol could tank that gravity obviously, she's been in deep space. So yeah second option.

Thor didn't fly through them, he blew them to bits. And that's not even his best feat.

Clark's due to the conditions

Supes' given the context. He had to fly through gravity beam that was strong enough to flatten skyscrapers and displace thousands of gallons of water, all the while being weakened by the krytonian atmosphere. Carrol's ship was definitely bigger but Superman's had a lot context to make it seem more impressive

Marvel by a huge margin Sanctuary 2 is more then 10 times bigger then the world engine and she wasn’t knocked out When doing it

World engine feat by light years.

World engine was way too durable then sanctuary which can no sell to both reentry impact and building busting gravity & Clark was also weakened by kryptonian atmosphere & Gravity beam before he destroyed it.

This, and don't forget the multi-city block level explosion that Superman had to take after that, while being weakened by kryptonian atmosphere, and no sunlight.

People are bringing up the gravity beam that was gradually leveling a city as if CM didn’t power through canon fire that leveled a City sized area in less that 10 seconds.

That gravity beam could only be 1000 Gs for all you guys know.

I’ll give the edge to Clark due to being weakened but it’s not that far apart

Superman.

It was most likely 10 g. It was crushing cars, but nothing significant. A dynamic load of 10-20 ton would do that to a car. 1000g would literally flatten cars, and skyscrapers won't even hold for a second. While the skyscrapers under the gravity field were collapsing very systematically.

Clark's:

1. He was resisting Krypton's atmosphere.
2. He was resisting the gravity beam, the beam displaced a shit ton of water upon activation.
3. The World Engine is far more durable than any of the ships Carol destroyed (Sanctuary included), feat-wise.

So yeah, Supes's feat by a landslide.
