Whose a better Justice League member Green Lantern or The Flash

I always wondered who was better Green lantern or flash

I would say they are equal with green lanterns maybe changing more but both have always been staples of the core / classic JL.

Green Lantern

Green Lantern’s power is cooler but I like Flash more.

Flash is the better person, and when he really needs to be, the more powerful member.

So Flash in every way.

I'm going to define the OPs' use of "better" to mean which one is more dedicated and to that I say Flash because Green Lantern's primary loyalty is to the corps.
