In my opinion Superman. He is beloved by America and treated like a true american icon/symbol/hero despite that he IS basically a illegal alien (litterally) lol
Who's the most ironic superhero or villian in general?
Spiderman since women mostly dont like spiders and he never seems to have trouble , mj, gwen stacy , felica hardy need i go on lol
"@Agent Buttons said:"most ironic superhero? "Oh did i misspell ironic or something tell me? "
don't you mean "iconic"?

o__O oh well the most ironic hero for me is....Batman. >_>
"superman is a good one as said in therad opener , since hes not even a man being an alien "
Lol "therad"
"Green Arrow. He's not green, nor is he an arrow. "
he does wear green, and he shoots arrows that aregreen
" @Roxanne Starr said:danny meant "ironic" not "iconic.""Green Arrow. He's not green, nor is he an arrow. "

btw danny, you really need to check your spelling before you confirm your threads

ah well lemme edit that, but I did show you the flaws in your assessment, Mission accomplished
Well, I think he could be called Green Arrow Guy or Green Arrowman not just Green Arrow. The green arrows are his weapons. It's like calling Batman, Batarang.

just doesn't roll off the tongue
The obvious irony is that Magneto, victim of bigotry, became a bigot himself.
The less obvious irony is that while Magneto believes himself to be superior to humankind, due to his three dimensional characterization, his moral ambiguity, his reactionary mistakes, that fact that if you take away his powers you see guys like him, doing horrible thing for what they believe is right, on the evening news every night, he is probably one of the most human characters in the M.U.
" Daredevil is the blind superhero who can pretty much see. "
And he's a Catholic who dresses up as the Devil. And he's a lawyer who fights crime outside of the criminal justice system.
DC has a little-used character named "Firehawk" whose powers are actually psychic in nature. She intentionally chose a misleading name to catch her enemies off guard.
" How about the Flash? He's costume covers like 95% of his body. "LOL.
Superman? He supposedly stands for TRUTH (and justice, and the American way, but I digress) yet he has a secret identity that I'm guessing he occasionally has to lie about. Sneaky, Mr. Kent.
Hmm, I'd say a good ironic hero/villain would be...
I wanna say Punisher, but I feel that that isn't right...
