Who's the more personal enemy: Brainiac or Hush?

Hush is more personal due to recton childhood friendship with Bruce but there got to be at least 1/2 dozen villains who traumatize and have closer relationships with Batman than Hush.

Hush is literally the shadow opposite of Bruce- while he gained his inspiration through the cold murder of his parents being killed, Tommy seen his parents as nothing more than a stepping stone to his own greatness and had nearly killed both himself as a means to that end.

Brainiac has no interest in Clark individually and only sees him as a goal to knowledge. He doesn't care personally about him.

I've said it before but it's one thing to kill Superman; it's another thing to kill his dad and not even care.
