Who's the Lamest?

Who's the lamest super hero and/or super villain in DC and Marvel.

I know there's alot but you guys can pick in your opinion.

Examples like the costume, the powers, etc.

I don't wanna answer that because I believe all comic characters are made for a reason

And being lame isn't a reason some characters have been made? Look at Arm-Fall-Off Boy.
