I did a quick search on Tao and find that he's one of those character that has an ability I'd much like to read about, on comics, first hand. I love the description, and because it's hard to categorize its power, which makes me want to learn of him even more. Now I'm thinking about start reading into some Wildcat comics.

BTW, the picture makes him look really threatening.

I think Batman far out-preps anybody. He even has contingencies for allies going bad.

However, for a character not on the list, Tim Drake is moving right up there. The kid prepped a win over Lady Shiva - that's pretty freakin' impressive.

In all honesty Batman I said no where near the Marvel Brainiacs like Reed, Stark, Banner, Parker, or Doom.

Yeah forgot about Ultron and Brainac. they should be in the same tier as batman and Tony etc etc.

The tier under should be banner, Pym, strange etc etc characters with great potential for prep feats but not enough feats to put them with Tony batman etc.

@lariend: Well his cosmic awareness gives him insane levels of precog and knowledge. hes literally can become as smart as he wants/know anything he wants, for feats he doesn't have many on Tony's caliber but he has shown the ability to plan things and see things thousands of years and the past and future and that plus his considerable military training his prep is insane.

This of course does not mean the order would be equal if we are talking about intellect alone.

@jumpstart55: I think Ultron is comparable to Doom and Thanos to Brainiac. Probably the only mistake I made.

• Some of youre arrangements could be debated like Stark above Bruce and Brainiac being above Doom(Not trying to start anything.lol..I,m just pointing that out)..
• But for the most part its a really solid list.

Tony has admitted Reed is smarter when he sets himself to a specific task, where Reed has admitted Tony is smarter when it comes to resolving multiple tasks at once.

I'd say Reed. He doesn't let his emotions get the better of him when making a decision and is rarely wrong. 616 Reed beats 1610s all day IMO. However the man is a beast.

Everyone else is third.
