More skilled? Their power is debatable for both, but if you're talking about skill, probably Thanos. I mean when you talk about skilled, Hulk is on low tier.
I would say they are both equal. They both downed entire civilizations. Hela when she was not messing around clowned Thor the same way Thanos did.
Hela was doing some fancy moves. Thanos still seems like a brute.
Doing fancy looking moves that is only meant to look cool but doesn't give any advantage to your fights doesn't equal being skilled. Thanos fighting by simple punches/kicks doesn't mean he's a brute.
Not a fictional movie, but somersaults or fancy kicks seen in movies are seen as ineffective in a real fight.
Other than the fight with Hulk, Thanos didn't really seem that impressive skill-wise. Hela appeared to be more skilled.
Thanos uses skill in Endgame like using Iron Man as shield, utilizing Thor's power against him (catching Stormbreaker), took Iron Man's advice to Cap by "going for the leg", and taking Power Stone against Carol.
Thanos for fighting Cap, Thor and Tony at the same time.
Fighting multiple powerful enemies doesn't indicate skill (Hela also fought both Thor and Valkyrie at the same time). Black Panther is more skilled than Hulk fighting wise.

This is about skill, not power. You listed what they did with their power, but this is about skill.

I don't get what point you're trying to make. Also, since when does fighting multiple powerful enemies at the same time not indicate skill? It's not like he was sitting there tanking attacks, he was dodging and deflecting and not getting tagged.
@supremegeneration: Not really Cap is still a super soldier here and Iron Man missed his first shot. It's still a good feat though.
@supremegeneration: Pretty much that.
@namebk: He missed his first shot because Thanos moved his head. You gotta watch his head the whole time but you see it move when Iron Man blast.
@darthvaderrocks: The only movement I see is when he just kicked Thor. It wasn't like he saw it coming and dodged it.
@namebk: Again watch the head movement. Also Thanos doesn't need to actually see stuff coming to dodge it. He literally dodges a Stormbreaker headshot while looking at Cap
