Poll Who's more realistic: Winter Soldier or Deathstroke? (50 votes)

The one who wasn't brainwashed by Hydra..
Winter Soldier's physical abilities are a LOT more plausible.
This.
I don't know about that actually. Besides Buckey's bionic arm, was it every explained where he got his enhanced strength, reflexes, and durability from. Especially to the degree that he was able to hang with Captain America (who had the Super Soldier Serum in him) like he did?
If it was never explained, then Deathstroke simply has a different (and seemingly less stable) form of Super Soldier Serum giving him is abilities. In which case I'll have to vote for him.
Let me go look this up, or come back and see if anyone has answers.
Okay, I found it. Dr Zola (in First Avenger) had already started experimenting on Bucky, and when the Soviets found his nearly lifeless body at the bottom of ravine, Zola and HYDRA used other experimental treatments to make his body and mind nearly equal to Captain America.
Winter Soldier's physical (and mental...multilingualism, etc) are definitely more plausible than Deathstroke's.

You act like both the US and Nazi's didn't have brainwashing experiments.
Well between the advanced brainwashing, the cybernetic arm, cryogenic stasis and super-soldier formula, the only thing realistic about Bucky would be his fighting skills and tactics. Deathstroke on the other hand is a normal soldier, barring the Mirakuru, so he is more realistic to me.
@brucerogers: Except Bucky's enhancements are scientifically feasible. You are never going to get a human with denser than concrete biomass and an ability to rip through BOMB proof steel. Furthermore, the Mirakuru soldiers have HILARIOUSLY inconsistent physical showings. Deathstroke got one injection, and within a few hours he's able to toss people around like it's nothing, and 1 injection was able to instantly reverse all of those physiological changes (his denser than concrete biomass disappeared into nothing).
At least Captain America had to be placed in a machine and pumped full of chemicals and radiation to get instant effects, while Bucky's enhancements were developed over time.
@zetsumoto: Fair enough.
@brucerogers: True, however I was referring to Slade with the Mirakuru. If he was just the badass soldier guy, I'd agree.
Winter Solider. Although, I wasn't aware of his enhancements. That's disappointing. The reason why I liked him so much is because I thought he was just a really good soldier with a mechanical arm.
@rbt: that’s underselling what actually happened to Bucky
I ignored enhanced stats part for both. Regen is just more impressive to me than bionic arm.

This^ You have a Tier 1 operator with a SSS and then a 100 year old cyborg with a SSS. Neither of their “powers” are realistic but at least Slade has a more realistic back story.

Winter Soldier.
He's basically just a really good marksman and great fighter with a bionic arm.
