I would say that if T'Challa leave the leadership of his country to his sister, I would say him. As he has shown to be a great Leader.

Thor would be the most powerful, while Carol would probably be the third wheel..

Carol is likley to be off planet for awhile, that also goes for Thor, so T'Challa would be the best for them.

Black Panther of the three listed. Both Thor and CM are too cosmic for the Earth-centric Avengers. They could go retro, so to speak, and insert Wasp/Hope Pym into that position.

It is difficult to foresee a 'central leader' character going forward, in the wake of rdj & chris evans exits and bosemans death. I doubt their actually gonna go with carol either. Dr strange is most qualified but he represents a niche area of the mcu and they wont risk overusing him. Falcon and winter soldier may be the most likely for the time being.

Definitely not Thor. T'Challa would've been the best pick, but given Chadwick Boseman's tragic death, I'm leaning towards Carol. Dr Strange could possibly take over as well.
