Who's the fastest fictional character?

Would Zoom count? I mean, from his perspective he's just running normally, but because he manipulates time from other people's perspectives it seems like he's going fast. If it does count I'm going with Zoom.

God (what with being fast enough to simultaneously be everywhere at once for all of eternity, including before the origin of all reality/realities and after the end of the universe/multiverse). That is, if you're an atheist or agnostic (which I'm not)- but any fictional comic-book equivalents to 'God' would work as well, I suppose.

Not counting omnipresent beings, Wolfgang Schreiber takes it. His sole ability is to be conceptually faster than whoever he's fighting. As in literally. Not even someone who had infinite speed was able to tag him, simply because his conceptual hax speed move "Niflheimsr Fenriswolf" is to always be faster than his opponent.

It sounds stupid, but that's simply how it works.

The Flash bloodline, are the unique characters with the speedforce at its hand, which allows them to be omnipotent while not losing their physical influence on the reality, the speedforce at its pinnacle, is the mere definition of moving beyond a common physical concept while simultaneously not ignoring it, the speedforce is a paradox while not being it a paradox.

Entirely omnipotent beings are forced to move through time and space by completely ignoring the physics when they become astral beings and at the time they interact with the reality, they automatically leave their astral embodiment, so one can't define them as speedsters, since they don't interact with physics, when they move from point A to point B.

The Flash bloodline are the only fictional characters with the speedforce, while no other fictional characters possess some alike fictional capability, therefore, The Flash bloodline are the fastest fictional characters ever.

I doubt it that any author would ever copy the speedforce concept.
