I see where you're coming from and I agree with Shanna being the more realistically proportioned woman of the two, but I don't think Kate Upton is muscular enough to be Shanna. This MMA fighter looks more like her:

Well besides both being jungle girls, one's a blonde and one's a brunette, one's bikini is brown and the other is leopard skinned, one woman's (the brunette) boobs are huge while the other is just big, and one's eye's are green (the brunette again) and the others are blue (the blonde). There's more but those are just off the top of my head. I have both Cavewoman and Shanna The She-Devil so I may dig threw just to see some other differences.
